After f<strong>in</strong>e-tun<strong>in</strong>g our assessment plan, we feel that we have a good bluepr<strong>in</strong>t<br />

to help us beg<strong>in</strong> to evaluate our program <strong>and</strong> how the m<strong>in</strong>or will contribute<br />

to our students’ career possibilities. The next section discusses the program’s<br />

adm<strong>in</strong>istration <strong>and</strong> its immediate success with the students, verify<strong>in</strong>g the confidence<br />

we had about the program <strong>and</strong> its attractiveness to students from across<br />

Once approval to beg<strong>in</strong> was <strong>in</strong> h<strong>and</strong>, we set about prepar<strong>in</strong>g to <strong>in</strong>augurate<br />

the m<strong>in</strong>or program. Several concerns faced us that had not been part<br />

of our orig<strong>in</strong>al plan. First was the changed state of availability <strong>in</strong> participat<strong>in</strong>g<br />
