After School & School Age Programs

Sixth Grade
Vacation camps
The JCC’s vacation camps offer safe and
engaging programming for school-age
children during regularly scheduled school
breaks. We make it easy and convenient
for your child to enjoy fun and creative
indoor/outdoor activities such as sports,
games, arts and crafts, field trips and more.
The camp day runs from 9 a.m. to 4
p.m. with early/late care available to extend
each day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Half-day
options are also available most days. Fullday
campers are asked to bring a nonmeat
lunch. An afternoon snack will be
provided.
Vacation camps require separate
registration and the cost is not included in
the monthly After School Program rates.
2021-2022 VACATION CAMPS
Registration flyers will be sent home with all
regular After School Program participants
a few weeks prior to each vacation camp.
Information will also be posted on the JCC
website www.jccsyr.org. Our activities vary
greatly and we keep things exciting and fun
for our vaca-campers.

Full Day $55 members, $65 non-mem.

Camp care for other days off from school
If you need care for your grade K-6 child
during other incidental days off from
school such as district-wide superintendent
days, conference days, half-days and even
unexpected snow days, we’ve got you
covered. The JCC offers camp care on
these days with the same types of cool
activities as our school break vacation
camps. These camp days run from 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m. with early/late care available to
extend each day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We’re here when you need us
Even if you’re not a JCC After School
Program participant, you may bring your
school-age child to the JCC on these
incidental days off from school. Please call
ahead for the forms and details.

We serve the Syracuse City School District (select schools), Jamesville-DeWitt,
Fayetteville-Manlius and area private schools. If your child attends school in
these districts or has a school closure that coincides with one of these public
school districts, you may take advantage of these days.
TASTY FUNDRAISER
Get your kosher challah at the JCC every Friday!
It’s quick and convenient to get your challah at the end of
each work week. Challah is currently available for presale
only. Pre-order your challah by downloading our order form at
www.jccsyr.org or pick one up at the main office. Pre-orders
must be placed by noon on Wednesday for Friday pick up. All
proceeds benefit the JCC’s School Age Programs.
