THE MEAT<br />

By far the star of the show at any braai has to be the<br />

meat. We were given a selection of fantastic spoils<br />

from hands-down our favourite butchery in town,<br />

Wozza Meat Co. Having grown up on a farm, owner<br />

Warwick Taylor absolutely loves being a hands-on<br />

butcher. He thrives on serving excellent quality meat<br />

and poultry to his customers and has a fantastic team<br />

to back him up. He has two butcheries – one at the<br />

<strong>Ballito</strong> Junction Regional Mall and one at The Market at<br />

Lifestyle Centre <strong>Ballito</strong> – and also has an online store.<br />

For our braai, Warwick rustled up a great selection of<br />

nyama, including grass fed sirloin steaks, pork rashers<br />

smothered in a honey glaze and pineapple glaze, skinny<br />

lamb chops and the most amazing and tender free<br />

range boneless chicken thigh kebabs marinated in their<br />

THE VENUE<br />
