• Paid the 30% Advance Payment to Sino Soar to commence
the SHS manufacturing (Q4, Y2);
• Completed SHS manufacturing (System box, PV
panels, PV poles) on 3rd week of Dec. 2020 (Q4, Y2);
• Completed the Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) on 23-29
Dec 2020 (Q4, Y2) (conducted by SGS Phils/China).
Result: SHS units for shipment PASSED the quantity &
quality checks.
• Advised RCBC to issue/reissue the Letter of Credit (LC)
to Sino Soar/Bank of China to start the shipment
• Released at least PHP 13.2 Million initial livelihood
assistance to fund the livelihood projects of 6 partner
MFIs/coops benefiting at least 718 households
• Mobilized 19 stakeholders (13 new, 6 continuing) to
adopt areas in Polomolok, Tupi, and Gensan
• Facilitated Barangay Bantay Gully Task Force Reorientation
• 2 nd year of the Agrobiodiversity Strip Assessment by 3

areas along 16 gullies in 7 barangays of Polomolok & 4
barangays of Tupi.
• Provided PhilHealth Insurance and Accident Insurance
for 31 MENRE Polomolok beneficiaries and one (1)
scholarship assistance to a MENRE dependent
• Constructed 100% of water system facility: 1 collection/
intake box, 2 Ferro cement water tanks, 12 tap stands
• Secured approval from MMPL-PAMB for project operation
in the protected area
• 4 potability testing of the water source in coordination
with DOST and SCPH
