DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM<br />
<strong>Digital</strong> photography, which unites the fields <strong>of</strong> computing <strong>and</strong> photography, has replaced<br />
traditional darkroom techniques worldwide. This program allows amateur photographers<br />
to hone their technical skills as the means to free their creative vision <strong>and</strong> establish their<br />
aesthetic viewpoint. The three required courses in recommended sequence are:<br />
• <strong>Digital</strong> Photography I<br />
• <strong>Digital</strong> Photography II<br />
• <strong>Digital</strong> Darkroom: Introduction to Photoshop® for Photographers<br />
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY I<br />
Taught by: Steven Goldblatt<br />
This introductory course will teach you about digital photography, how to use your camera, <strong>and</strong><br />
how to compose well-exposed <strong>and</strong> focused images through weekly assignments. You’ll also learn<br />
how to edit your photos using simple photo-editing programs via live, on-screen demonstrations.<br />
