WHAT IS A LOYALTY PROGRAM?<br />

At <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong>, we want to reward those members who are<br />

active, spending and engaging others. Our loyalty program is<br />

designed to boost growth and sales; maintain, gain, and win back<br />

members; build relationships and create Brand Ambassadors.<br />

HOW WILL CLUB SEACRET MEMBERS EARN POINTS?<br />

<strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> members will immediately begin earning points<br />

with the purchase of their memberships and each month<br />

following with each membership payments. Points will be given<br />

for <strong>Seacret</strong> product purchases, <strong>Seacret</strong> and <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> branded<br />

merchandise purchases, <strong>Seacret</strong> Escapes purchases and for<br />

referrals to <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong>.<br />

HOW MANY POINTS ARE EARNED?<br />

<strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> Members will begin by earning 1 point per US $1<br />

spent on qualifying purchases to begin. Points will also be<br />

rewarded for each yearly membership anniversary which can<br />

be utilized toward their reaching their next membership tier.<br />

WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP LEVELS?<br />

Every <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> member will begin as an Ambassador and<br />

have the opportunity to advance based on their activity within<br />

the club.<br />

1) Ambassador<br />

2) Esteemed Ambassador<br />

3) Prestige Ambassador<br />

4) Elite Ambassador<br />

5) Invitation Only<br />

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EACH<br />

AMBASSADOR LEVEL?<br />

As a member’s Ambassador tier increases, access to additional<br />

product lines become available. Access to exclusive <strong>Seacret</strong><br />

Escapes and Experiences and point benefits also increase.<br />

The higher the Ambassador tier, the more value in points per<br />

dollar spent become available on qualifying purchase. (See matrix)<br />

WHAT CAN I BUY WITH MY POINTS?<br />

As a <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> member, points can be utilized to purchase<br />

<strong>Seacret</strong> products, both <strong>Seacret</strong> and <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> branded<br />

merchandise, and <strong>Seacret</strong> Escapes. In order to purchase, the full<br />

amount of points must be available, minus shipping.<br />

CAN I EARN POINTS BY REFERRING NEW<br />

CLUB SEACRET MEMBERS? HOW?<br />

A <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> member must have a minimum of 3 personally<br />

enrolled <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> members to qualify for monthly referral points.<br />

The Referring Member receives 50 points for each personally<br />

enrolled member when the referred members pay their monthly<br />

subscription fee. Referral points are awarded the month<br />

following qualification.<br />

Referral Points Examples:<br />

EXAMPLE 1:<br />

• Suzie referred 4 new <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> Members in the<br />

month of August<br />

• Each of those 4 members paid their September monthly<br />

subscription (in September)<br />

• Suzie qualifies for 200 points (50 for each personal enrollment<br />

the prior month)<br />

• Suzie is awarded the 200 referral points in October<br />

EXAMPLE 2:<br />

• Suzie referred 2 new <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> Members in the<br />

month of September<br />

• Both of those 2 members paid their October monthly<br />

subscription fee (in October)<br />

• Plus 3 of the members she referred in August also pay their<br />

October monthly subscription fee (in October)<br />

• Suzie qualifies for 250 points (50 for each of the 2 new<br />

personals and 50 for each of the 3 existing personals<br />

who paid their monthly payment in October)<br />

• Suzie is awarded the 250 referral points in November<br />

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?<br />

Yes, points will expire at the end of the calendar year following<br />

the year they were accumulated. If for any reason, membership is<br />

canceled, points will be lost.<br />

Point Expiration Example:<br />

• Carlos accumulated 25,000 in 2021<br />

• He has used 5,000 points for purchases in 2021<br />

• He utilizes 10,000 points for purchases in 2022<br />

• The remaining 10,000 points expire at the end of 2022<br />

CAN I GET AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO ACHIEVE<br />

AND MAINTAIN A HIGHER TIER?<br />

Yes, if you find a provider you prefer you can set appointments<br />

with that provider within the application.<br />

Level Up Example:<br />

• Jack joined <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> on May 31, 2021<br />

• Jack earned 10,000 points by November 30, 2021<br />

• Jack qualifies as a Prestige Ambassador on November 30, 2021<br />

• Beginning December 1, 2021, Jack will now earn 3 points<br />

for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases<br />

• Jack earns a total of 15,000 points by the end of 2021, so he<br />

does not have enough points to level up to Elite Ambassador<br />

• Jack’s highest achieved tier for 2021 is Prestige Ambassador<br />

• Jack remains a Prestige Ambassador for all of 2022<br />

• In 2022, Jack earns 5,000 points<br />

• In 2023, Jack’s highest achieved tier is now an Esteemed<br />

Ambassador because he did not earn the required<br />

10,000 points to maintain his Prestige Ambassador level<br />

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?<br />

Every <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> member will receive a one-time exception for<br />

up to two payments prior to losing their benefits. If three or more<br />

payments are unpaid or a period of 12 weeks have passed since<br />

the last payment, the <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> member forfeits all benefits,<br />

reward and member status.<br />

WHAT IF I WAS A MEMBER AND WANT TO JOIN AGAIN?<br />

DO I GET MY POINTS BACK?<br />

If a former member reinstates membership after a cancellation<br />

where three or more payments were missed, they will begin their<br />

membership again starting at the Ambassador level.<br />

ARE THERE LIMITATIONS ON THE NUMBER OF<br />

PURCHASES OR ACTIVITIES ELIGIBLE FOR POINTS?<br />

There is no limitation as to the number of purchases or activities<br />

you can use your points toward, but you must have enough<br />

points to cover your entire purchase less shipping.<br />

WHEN I EARN POINTS, CAN I REDEEM THEM<br />

IMMEDIATELY? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY<br />

PURCHASES TO ACCRUE POINTS TO MY ACCOUNT?<br />

Qualifying purchases will award points immediately after<br />

purchase or travel. Referral points are awarded the following<br />

month. Points will mature and be eligible to redeem toward a<br />

purchase 30 days after they are awarded.<br />

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?<br />

Your <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Seacret</strong> <strong>Loyalty</strong> Points will be displayed in your<br />

Back Office.<br />

WHAT DO I DO IF I BELIEVE POINTS WERE NOT<br />

PROPERLY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?<br />

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT<br />

OR AN ORDER IS CANCELED ?<br />

If a member returns merchandise or if a personal Referral cancels<br />

their membership during the 30-day grace period, the points will<br />

be reduced accordingly.<br />
