4. CARDIO CIRCLES ON THE HILL.

Climb up the steps of the slide quickly, slide down, and land on both feet. Sit back

slightly and pull your knees to your chest (in the photo). On weight straighten legs and

repeat. Do 10 times, then climb the hill again. Run this chain twice.

Jump up and grab the highest step of the horizontal
