Danish Meat Association, 2008 Øget velvære, sundhed og trivsel hos medarbejderne var resultatet, da kantinen på boreplatformen ’Store Arne’ i Nordsøen skruede ned for fedtet og op for smagen i deres retter. Initiativet blev belønnet med ’Kantineprisen 2008’ og titlen som ’Danmarks Bedste Kantine’, der årligt uddeles af Danish Meat Association. Med æren fulgte en unik bronzeskulptur fra Linas hånd, fuld af detaljer. Samme år skabte Lina også trofæet til DMAs Slagterpris, i massiv bronze. De heldige vindere var ildsjælene Rikke og Henrik fra Fanø, som kokkererer delikatesser med smag og power. Danish Meat Association, 2008 Increased well-being, health, and thriving of the employees were the results when the canteen staff on drilling platform ‘Store Arne’ lowered the fat content and raised the taste of their dishes. The initiative was rewarded with the ‘Canteen Award 2008’ and the title of ‘Best Canteen in Denmark’, which is awarded annually by the Danish Meat Association. With the honour came a unique bronze sculpture by Lina, full of details. Also in that year Lina created the trophy for DMA’s Butcher Award in massive bronze. The lucky winners were the fiery souls Rikke and Henrik from Fanø, who cook delicacies with taste and power. 33 Lina Murel Jardor, 2020
