Our History
Baker Bednar Snyder & Associates, Inc. has developed due to a broad compliment
of education, experience, and talents. The foundation of the firm is built upon
our founder’s fifteen years of experience in construction, providing a thorough
understanding of materials, methods, and project costs. Coupled with a practical,
classic, yet innovative approach to design, our firm’s abilities generate a highly effective
and efficient approach to our projects.
Beginning as Randall P. Baker & Associates in 1977, the firm experienced positive
and steady growth. In 1989, with strengths in design and planning, Andrew R. Bednar
became a partner, changing the name of the firm to Baker, Bednar & Associates, Inc.
David D. Snyder, with his focus on effective production and a thorough understanding of
codes, was named a partner in the firm in 2004.
In 2001 interior design services were added to compliment the premium aesthetics
already being developed. And in 2016 with the addition of structural and civil
engineering, Baker Bednar Snyder & Associates, Inc. increased its offerings providing
enhanced, in-house technical expertise.
Our Qualifications
The BBS Team is comprised of skilled individuals who believe in strong client
relationships, dedicated and timely production, and high-energy performance. For
each project, members are selected based upon experience and talent. Our focus is
to always align our goal with that of our client. In short, we are an experienced team of
professionals that work hard, work smart, and love what we do.
