DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Please note that our policy of not holding stock
allows us to be more sustainable, only manufacturing
items that are ordered. This means less
waste. Due to this policy there is a waiting time
while your orders are being made. We have
strong contacts with our manufacturers who
normally can create you item in 3 to 7 working
days.
We do however aim to dispatch all orders
within 48 hours of receipt as we often have low
stock amounts. Parcels should reach you within
3 working days of leaving the warehouse.
POST AND PACKAGING
FREE post and packaging to all mainland UK
postcodes.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase.
If you do need to return any item, please contact
us first within 14 days, and return the iten
within 30 days ensuring the item returned is in
perfect condition and unused for a refund or
exchange. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges
on any bespoke items (your statutory rights are
not affected).
Return P&P at customer’s cost.
Please ensure that all goods are returned by
registered delivery for proof of postage.
