Our transaction coordinators are dedicated to the Utah
Realty Team they organize communication between the
buyers agent, lender, title company, inspector, and
appraiser and oversee all aspects of the contract process,
through closing. You will receive weekly emails explaining
what to expect next, and how to prepare for inspection,
appraisal, and closing.

SHOWING SERVICE, SUPRA ACCESS, &

We provide the ease of approving showings right from
your phone via text message when an agent wants to
bring a qualified buyer through your home, they contact
the showing service which is available around the clock.
You will receive a showing request which you can approve
or reschedule from your smart phone. The agent will use a
Supra Key Box to access your home, our team will be able
to see how accesses the key box, providing you with an
extra level of security.

Your home will be showcased on over 86 different
websites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Coldwell Banker,
KW, Berkshire Hathaway, and Trulia... you get the point.
The home will also be featured on numerous social media
sites and advertised to local agents outside of the multiple
listing service.

Offers for your home will come in the form of a real estate
purchase contract, which will be thoroughly reviewed
