discussion.
Signing of the LOI.
Preliminary aircraft physical and records’ inspection by the Lessee.
Drafting and negotiation of the Lease Agreement.
Signing of the Lease Agreement.
Aircraft delivery check accomplishment.
Bringing the aircraft in conformity with delivery conditions.
Acceptance by the Lessee of the aircraft with signed Acceptance certificate after full Lessee’s and
Lessor’s satisfaction of financial and technical conditions of the deal.
