¿Sabes cuales son los pasos para protegerte de los fraudes fiscales?
El IRS sugiere lo siguiente: Presenta tu declaración de impuestos con anticipación de la fecha
límite. De esa forma, si los delincuentes se apropian de tu número de Seguro Social, no podrán
usarlo para hacer una declaración de impuestos falsa y reclamar tu reembolso, ya lo habrás
hecho tú anticipadamente.
Usa software de protección. Asegúrate de tener un programa de protección anti-virus actualizado
con firewall instalado en tu computadora o cualquier dispositivo que uses para acceder a documentos
confidenciales o al sitio web del IRS. Pero también manténte en guardia si alguien te
llama inesperadamente o recibes un e-mail con un enlace a una actualización del software.
Podría ser un estafador tratando de engañarte para que descargues un virus que puede robar
datos de tu computadora.
Protege tu información personal. No lleves contigo todo el tiempo tu tarjeta del Seguro Social ni
dejes información confidencial al descubierto. Si es necesario que brindes datos importantes
en línea, verifica que estás en un sitio legítimo y no uno que haya sido pirateado y que lo hayan

Do you know what are the steps to protect yourself from tax fraud? The IRS suggests the following:
File your tax return in advance of the due date. That way, if criminals steal your Social Security number,
they won't be able to use it to make a false tax return and claim your refund, you have already done it in
advance.
Use protection software. Make sure you have an up-to-date virus protection program with firewall
installed on your computer or whatever device you use to access confidential documents or the IRS
website. But also be on your guard if someone unexpectedly calls you or you receive an email with a link
to a software update. It could be a scammer trying to trick you into downloading a virus that can steal
data from your computer.
Protect your personal information. Do not carry your Social Security card with you all the time or leave
confidential information exposed. If you need to provide important data online, verify that you are on a
legitimate site and not one that has been hacked and made to look real. Make sure your tax records are
safe in a protected place. If you suspect you've been scammed, contact the IRS. Report the Tax Administration
Treasury Inspector General scam by calling 800-366-4484. You should also forward any emails
you think come from scammers to phishing@irs.gov.
Also, contact the IRS Identity Protection Unit if you suspect that someone has used your personal
information to file a tax return or steal your identity. The phone number is 800-908-4490.

Inteligencia Emocional
La inteligencia emocional es un constructo que se refiere a la capacidad de los individuos para reconocer
sus propias emociones y las de los demás, discriminar entre diferentes sentimientos y etiquetarlos apropiadamente,
utilizar información emocional para guiar el pensamiento y la conducta, y administrar o
ajustar las emociones para adaptarse al ambiente o conseguir objetivos.
Durante la década de los 80 la inteligencia emocional fue considerada prácticamente un superpoder. Se
suponía que la gente que lo poseía no sólo era capaz de identificar estados emocionales, sino que también
podían conectar con la gente, eliminar cualquier atisbo de estrés y descifrar el lenguaje corporal de
aquellos que les rodeaban.
¿Pero es realmente tan maravillosa la inteligencia emocional? ¿De verdad es mucho más importante que
el cociente intelectual? Y si lo es, ¿Cuál es la manera más sencilla de desarrollarla?

Las expectativas que tenemos ante los demás, sobre cómo deberían
ser o comportarse, nos generan muchísima frustración
al ver que no siempre se cumplen. Que lo que esperamos de
esa persona, choca con la realidad o nuestra realidad, eso nos
hace sufrir y desgasta nuestras relaciones.
Entonces, si las expectativas son tan malas, ¿qué hace que a
menudo nos dejemos llevar por ellas? Bueno, principalmente
estos tres errores:
Lo primero, es el pensar que los demás son como nosotros somos.
Porque normalmente, eso que esperamos de los demás es
un reflejo de nosotros mismos. Es decir, una y otra vez volvemos
a cometer el error de creer que los demás han de comportarse
como uno se comportaría en su lugar. Y ¡no!, cada uno piensa
diferente, siente diferente y ve las cosas de forma diferente.
Nadie es igual a ti, por más que te quiera, que te entienda o que
comparta su vida contigo.
Lo segundo, es creer que las personas funcionamos todas igual.
Que cuando A tiene un detalle con B, la respuesta de B siempre
será dar las gracias o hacer otro tipo de reconocimiento. ¿Y si no,
es que es un maleducado? Pues no, no necesariamente. Cada
persona es un mundo, está hecha de unos valores, unas experiencias,
unas creencias y unas cualidades diferentes. Por ello
nunca habrá dos recipientes iguales. Ni siquiera cada recipiente
será siempre igual.
Tercero, creer que tienes toda la información para analizar el
comportamiento de esa persona. Y no, no la tienes. Sólo esa
persona tiene toda la información para analizar su comportamiento.
Y a veces ni ella (¿o nunca te ha pasado que ni tú
misma entiendes por qué haces lo que haces?).
Además, cuando vives esperando que el que tienes enfrente
sea así o asá, o que haga esto o lo otro, te desesperas si eso
no pasa. Te sientes mal, te llenas de rabia y de frustración y
estropeas cualquier posibilidad de entendimiento.

When you expect a lot, you suffer.
The expectations that we have from others,
about how they should be or behave, generate
a lot of frustration in seeing that they are not
always fulfilled, of what we expect from that
person, it collides with reality or our reality,
makes us suffer and wears out our relationships.
So if expectations are so bad, what makes us
often worry about them? Mainly these three
mistakes:
The first mistake is, thinking that others are as
exactly as we are. Because normally, what we
expect from others is a reflection of ourselves.
Even knowing that is not true, we make the
same mistake over and over thinking that
otherswill have the same behavior as we would
have in their position. And no, everyone thinks
differently, feels differently and sees things
differently. Nobody is the same as you, no
matter how much he loves you, understands
you or shares his life with you.
The second mistake is to believe that people all
function the same. That when A has a detail
with B, B's response will always be to thank or
make another type of recognition. What if he's
not being rude? Well no, not necessarily. Each
person is a world, made of values, experiences,
beliefs and qualities. Therefore, no two containers
will ever be the same. Not even each
container will always be the same.
Third mistake, believe that you have all the
information to analyze that person's behavior.

¡ideales para cuando te juntas con amigos!
Latin Recipe. Fried empanadas, Ideal for when you get together with friends!
Ingredientes
200 ml de agua
1 cucharadita de sal
3 cucharadas de azúcar
200 grs. de harina precocida de maíz amarillo
40 grs. de harina de trigo
Queso para rellenar
Ingredients
200 ml of water
1 teaspoon salt
3 spoonfuls of sugar
200 grams pre cooked yellow
corn flour
40 grams wheat flour
Cheese to fill
Instrucciones
1. Mezclar por una parte todos los ingredientes secos, excepto
la sal y el azúcar.
2. Disolver el azúcar y la sal en el agua
3. Agregar el agua a los ingredientes secos y amasar.
Debe quedar la masa suave pero firme.
4. Armar bolas pequeña de masa en un trozo de material
plástico, extenderlas hasta que quede un círculo fino de masa
con un grosor de 1/2 cm
5. Rellenar con queso, cerrarlas y freírlas en abundante aceite.
Steps
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in one
part, except salt and sugar.
2. Dissolve the sugar and salt in the
water
3. Add the water to the dry ingredients
and knead. The dough should be soft
but firm.
4. Make small balls of dough in a piece
of plastic material, roll them out until
there is a thin circle of dough with a
thickness of 1/2 cm
5. Fill with cheese, close them and fry
them in plenty of oil.

Ya será parte de nuestro uso diario el gel antibacterial y el cubrebocas que, aunque ya no es obligatorio,
sigue siendo requisito al entrar a ciertos lugares. Además, lo que siempre fue básico, pero
vale la pena recordar que es importante lavarse las manos, comer bien, mantenerse activo, tomar
vitaminas, … si ya sé que a veces se nos pasa, pero este virus nos recordó que hay que cuidarnos,
así que cuidemos nuestro cuerpo para que siempre resista cualquier enfermedad.
Hace poco hablé con un experto en salud y me comentó que todo es un circuito, no cuidas tu
salud física, dañas la mental y está a su vez afecta tu físico, así que escuchemos nuestro cuerpo y
ocupemos nuestra mente en cosas positivas. Nada nos cuesta hacer conciencia y cuidarnos como
usted quiera, pero siempre la salud por delante y si no lo haces por ti hazlo por tus seres queridos,
por tus hijos, hermanos, madre, padre y amigos.

Razones por las que tu perro te lame
Que tu perro te lama es lo más normal del mundo. Prácticamente todos los cuidadores
lo interpretamos como un gesto de cariño, aunque nos guste más o menos.
Pero lo cierto es que el lamido del perro tiene muchos significados. Básicamente
podemos dividirlos en los referentes a la alimentación, la higiene, la comunicación,
el afecto o el saludo. A continuación repasamos el origen del lamido canino y qué
quiere decirnos con él el perro ¿Empezamos?
El origen del lamido del perro. En cuanto los cachorros vienen al mundo los recibe la lengua de su madre. La perra
rompe la bolsa en la que nacen si todavía está íntegra, corta el cordón umbilical con los dientes y comienza a lamer
con vigor a su pequeño. De esta manera lo limpia y lo incita a respirar. Además, varias veces al día pasará su lengua
por la zona genital. Los perritos no evacúan ni defecan solos y esta acción de la lengua materna es imprescindible
para estimularlos.
Señal de comunicación canina. Los perros no hablan pero disponen a cambio de unas enormes capacidades comunicativas.
La lengua forma parte de su sistema de comunicación. Pero esto no implica que todos los perros
tengan que lamer continuamente. Cada uno tiene su carácter y, en función de él, tendrán una tendencia mayor o
menor a lamer.
Demostración de cariño. Tanto para perros como para personas la petición de comida que era en sus orígenes el lamido
se ha transformado en una demostración de afecto. El perro utilizan el lamido con otros perros, animales o
personas. Nosotros lo recibimos e interpretamos como una muestra de cariño que nos hace sentir bien y aumenta
nuestro vínculo con él. Por ello respondemos acariciándolo, hablándole con cariño o sonriendo. De esta forma reforzamos
la conducta. En otras palabras, lo premiamos por lamernos, por eso el perro lo repite.
Ritual de aseo. No es extraño que los perros se laman a sí mismo o a otros, personas incluidas, cuando perciben algo
diferente sobre el cuerpo. Un ejemplo típico es una herida. Los perros tienden a lamerlas hasta dejarlas relucientes.

Hola amigos, hoy haremos nuestro recorrido por una de las entidades más importantes de E.U. la cuál recibe millones de
visitantes cada año por la gran oferta turística que ofrece, la cuál incluye desde playas, parques temáticos, restaurantes,
bares y muchas cosas más. Hablo del llamado estado del sol... Florida. El cuál por cierto, tiene la costa más grande del
país... que son alrededor de unas 825 millas de playa abierta al público.
¿Sabías que la ciudad de Fort Lauderdale se le ha llegado a llamar la Venecia de América? Y eso es debido a las más de 165
millas de canales, lo que hacen realmente maravillosa esta ciudad. Por otra parte, en la costa este se encuentra Cabo
Cañaveral, un lugar el cuál es muy famoso y eso debido a que es la plataforma de los de vuelos espaciales de los Estados
Unidos. Una de las peculiaridades de este estado es que es el hogar de muchos caimanes y lagartos. De hecho, el caimán
es el reptil oficial del estado desde el año de 1987. También llamo mi atención, saber que este estado produce más del
70% de las naranjas en todo el país cada año, aparte es líder en la producción de tomate, toronja, caña, entre otros alimentos
más.
Ahora, ¿quieres muchísima diversión? ¡Vámonos a la ciudad de Orlando! Ahí encontrarás 4 parques temáticos, los cuáles
requieren de un día completo visitar cada uno... no lo olvides. ¿Quieres darle la vuelta al mundo sin salir de Florida? Visita
EPCOT. ¿Quieres conocer a los personajes de tus películas favoritas de Disney? Visita MAGIC KINGDOM. ¿Quieres vivir la
