Sports exercise on a stationary bike

What muscle groups work during exercise.

gym.

- Hip flexor. This is a very weak muscle area. It is necessary

to listen to yourself and stop if painful sensations arise.

- Abdominal muscles.

- Muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest.

All training programs are divided into 3 types: beginners,

advanced training, and professionals.

For children, a program for beginners is suitable - this is

lightweight stationary bike workout for half an hour, 4

times a week. The point of training: to prepare your body

and muscles for more intense programs.

The first stage of training is always a warm-up, the last

one is a hitch. It is necessary to measure the pulse

every 5 minutes. For beginners, his readings should be

60 - 70% of the maximum heart rate. If dizziness occurs,

do not suddenly stop pedaling. Better to gradually slow

down and stop. Water should be drunk in small sips.

Eat one hour before and one hour after training. Before

starting classes, you need to consult a doctor and clarify

if there are any contraindications for training.

25-minute stationary bike workout for beginners.

We slowly pedal for 3 minutes and accelerate to 20 km/h.

We accelerate to 25 km/h, drive for 5 minutes.

3 minutes S - 20 km/h at 15% load.

3 minutes S - 20 km/h with 20% load.

5 minutes S - 25 km/h.

2 minutes S - 20 km/h.

1 minute S - 15 km/h.

You should train three times a week with a rest of 1 day.

Helpful hints:

- Do not bend your lower back excessively. She should

have a natural, completely relaxed position. Round your

shoulders slightly. It will be easier this way!

- You should not transfer the key load to your hands; you

will quickly get tired of this.

- The feet must be parallel to the floor. Let your knees

“look” forward.

- Keep your head straight and look forward at all times

- Be sure to adjust the exercise bike seat for your height

to be comfortable.

- Choose the right shoes and clothes.

The exercise bike should be used in conjunction with

other exercises and proper nutrition. For example, in

the fight against belly fat, it is better to use abdominal

exercises, and pedal only in addition to increasing overall

energy consumption. After all, exercise on the simulator

burns fat first of all on the hips, and only then in the rest

of the body.

for people of this profession, taking care of their weight is

one of the most important. If you are not one of those lucky

ones who may not count every bite you swallow, you need

to stick to a sensible diet and give up bad habits.

Unfortunately, for some professional models, the desire to

lose weight becomes an obsession. Having set this goal, they

cross all the boundaries of reason. This leads to alternating

periods of fasting (anorexia) and overeating (bulimia).

DISORDERLY EATING

Does not bring health and the subsequent cleansing of

the intestines with laxatives. Not to mention the dangers of

Nutrition components

Human food contains many ingredients.

Macronutrients are proteins, carbohydrates,

and fats. Micronutrients are everything else,

including vitamins, electrolytes, and trace

minerals.

components - carbohydrates, fats, proteins,

and vitamins.

CARBOHYDRATES.

Carbohydrates are the main "fuel" of the

body, a source of energy for mental work

and all types of physical activity. A balanced

diet should include 50-60% carbohydrates.

There is plenty to choose from bread,

cereals, potatoes, legumes, fruits. This food

contains fiber and takes up more space in

the stomach. If you eat foods containing

fiber, you will eat less, but you will be full.

When consuming such foods, it is very

beneficial to drink water. If you oversaturate

the body with carbohydrates, as is the case

with any other substance, then the excess

will lead to the deposition of fat. Refined

sugar is also a carbohydrate, but it lacks

valuable nutrients. This is a "useless" product.

If instead of eating normally, you intercept

the chocolate bar, you thereby upset the

nutritional balance. Plus, you don't have

enough energy for a full day's work. When

shopping, be sure to read what is written

on the package. Remember all products

ending in "-ose" ("glucose", "fructose") are

sugars and they are not at all harmless to

you than refined sugar. The same must be

said about honey, syrups. Remember, all

sweets are bad for your teeth.

FATS.

Fats play an important role in the life

of the body. They envelop the internal

organs with a soft film, help to retain heat,

and provide a reserve supply of energy.

In men, on average, fats account for

15% of the weight, in women - 25%. Your

appearance depends on the number of

consumed fats: if there is a lack of them,

the skin will become dry, the hair - brittle,

faded. For energy consumption, the body

will use protein (protein), and it is intended

for the development of muscles and the

restoration of damaged tissues. Your daily

diet should include about 30% fat. If you

do not want to get yourself cardiovascular

disease due to excess cholesterol in

the body, eat low-fat dairy products,

vegetable fats, and oils.

PROTEINS.

proteins than the norm -

the excess is deposited

as fat or is removed from

the body in the urine.

VITAMINS.

Vitamins are not a source of energy, but they are

essential for normal development. Our body does not

produce these substances, their main source for us

plants, they are also in the body of herbivore animals.

If your diet is balanced, you get all the vitamins you

need from your diet. Supplements are needed in

special cases, on the advice of a doctor or dietitian.

Remember: fruits and vegetables are best eaten raw

or after light heat treatment - then all vitamins are

preserved in them.

From our experience, we have made sure that

many novice adult models, as well as parents of child's

models, are not very familiar with the term “model

tests” and do not know why these tests are needed in

a model portfolio. Therefore, we decided to prepare

material that could be useful for parents of novice

child models, as well as for photographers, stylists, etc.

Model tests are a "test" of a model. Usually, taking tests

is the next stage after snap-shots (more about them at

the end of the article). Model tests are photographs that

maximize the advantages of a model's appearance

and reveal her potential, demonstrate professional

skills and the ability to pose in front of the camera. At

the same time, when shooting tests, the model should

look as natural as possible.

The main task of model tests is to help a modeling

agency or customer in choosing the right model. Tests

are what you should first send to a potential customer

or intermediary agency when participating in a

casting. It is competently made professional model

tests that will help the customer to present the model

in one way or another during the search and selection

of a candidate. In modern conditions, the absence of

model tests in the portfolio can become a reason for

refusing to participate in the casting.

But model tests are needed for more than just

completing a portfolio. They also serve to teach

beginner models for their future work. In the process of

shooting tests, the skills of working with a photographer

and a camera are comprehended, the principles of

posing are mastered, good and not entirely successful

angles and facial expressions are revealed. In other

words, shooting tests is a great hands-on experience

for a budding model.

This does not mean that a professional model does

not need model tests. Tests should be in the portfolio

of every model, regardless of the stage of her career

and experience. Why model tests are needed not only

for beginners - we all know how quickly children grow

and change - therefore, for any model, it is important

to regularly replenish the portfolio with fresh model

tests. The portfolio should reflect the current look of

your young model. If you decide to radically change

your image (for example, have a short haircut), this is a

good reason to update your portfolio and make tests.

Rules for conducting model tests:

- clothes: clothes should be simple, not distracting

attention from the model (usually discreet clothes in

casual style, it is important that the figure of the model

is guessed in the photographs). Also, among the tests,

there may be several shots in which the model is dressed

in a sporty, business, classic style.

- a good model test usually consists of 3 complete

images, while it is advisable to use light, natural makeup

- it does not visually change the model's facial features.

Hairstyles are also simple - loose hair or laid in a simple

hairstyle (ponytail, braid, bun).

- photographs are taken from several angles: closeup

- portrait photo; middle plan - half-length portrait;

general plan - full-length photographs

- lighting for model tests: light is simple, without complex

lighting schemes, natural light from a window is suitable.

- interior: usually tests are filmed in the spirit of minimalism,

there should be nothing superfluous in the frame that

distracts from the model itself

- the requirements for modeling tests do not exclude

photographs that demonstrate the acting skills of

the model. It is good if among the tests there are

photographs that express any feelings or emotions.

- artistry: it should be remembered that model tests,

unlike snap-shots, can have artistic value and do not

exclude a creative approach.

Now more about what snap-shots are and how they

differ from model tests.

Snaps are a set of shots from the necessary angles, made

according to a certain general standard, designed

to show the model's appearance, real data, without

embellishing it at all. The main difference from the tests

is the complete lack of artistry in the pictures, stingy

up the demonstration of external data of the model.

Snap-shot - (from the English word snap-shot, snapshot

- offhand shot, snapshot). When taking snapshots, no

makeup is used, the hair is loose and tied in a ponytail -

removed in both versions. Clothing that demonstrates

the figure as much as possible. For children, models are

to shins and bodysuits, or leggings and a tight-fitting

T-shirt. Photos are taken from several angles - full-face,

profile on both sides, back, turned 45 degrees to the

camera - also on both sides, a portrait with a full-mouth

smile so that teeth are visible, a shot with open ears,

a full-length portrait, and belt. Photos are devoid of

vivid emotions - a calm facial expression works best,

except for a few shots with a smile. The background

on which the shooting is performed should be light

and monotonous, the light should be diffused, filling,

soft. Snapshots imply a complete lack of processing

- any agency will be able to check whether the file

(your photo) was edited and if it was, the snap will

be rejected - therefore, snapshots are often taken on

snapshots like Polaroid and its analogs.

Examination by a doctor.

Always precede a trip to the sea with a visit to the children's clinic. It

is advisable to be examined 2-3 weeks before the expected rest. It is

necessary to pass tests, as well as to conduct a general examination

of the child by a pediatrician.

Preparing for the beach and the sea.

Since children visit the sea on average once or twice a year, it is

necessary to prepare the body for water procedures in advance.

First of all, this concerns hardening. At home, you can gradually

lower the bathing temperature by 1-2 degrees. The habit of walking

barefoot at home is also helpful. Pediatricians call the best method

of hardening to visit swimming pools and water parks. In this case,

the body is additionally accustomed to the ingress of water inside, to

disinfectants. If you are not planning a serious swimming activity, it

is enough to visit the pool 1-2 times a week a month before the trip.

Sunbathing is also a significant threat and stress for an unprepared

child's body. Especially if a child arrives from winter to summer. It is

forbidden to be on the beach in the sun (from 11 am to 4 pm) for both

adults and children. Also, pediatricians advise in the first three days

of rest to limit children's exposure to the sun and additionally use

sunscreens with the highest filter index: SPF 45 or 50, PPU 42, UVA.

Only on days 4–5 can you lower protection (SPF 30) and allow your

child to sunbathe, but no longer than 10–15 minutes. When walking

or playing on the beach, be sure to wear a panama hat, a hat with a

wide brim, as well as a light natural T-shirt.

Trip abroad on the sea.

It is better to entrust the organization of a trip abroad at sea with

children to a reliable tour operator. Experts will help you find the right

family hotel and resort with comfortable conditions for children. The

factors for choosing a hotel should be the availability of a children's

menu, a children's club, entertainment on site, and the convenience

of the beach. Introduce new dishes gradually. In the first days of rest,

do not burden the child's body with unusual foods, limit sweets, and

fatty foods.
