The Forget-Me-Not Dementia Support Group -
Support group for people with dementia, their carers, family
and friends. Meet on 3rd Monday of each month from
1.30pm-3.30pm at Kirkby Trinity Community Centre Point,
Diamond Ave, Kirkby-in-Ashfield. We welcome people from
all areas to drop in for information, support and to meet

The Helpful Bureau - a charity that helps people remain
independent at home. We offer home support covering
virtually all domestic chores. Our Home Support Worker is
DBS checked & fully insured, £13 ph. Movement to Music at
Awsworth Village Hall, Mon 11am - 12 noon, £3 per session.

Positive Outcomes - self help group for people who aim
to control their drinking - cutting down or cutting it out. Meet

Group - offers help and support if you have been diagnosed

Run Talk Run - a 5k run with a twist! We run at the pace of
the slowest runner, and provide a safe space to talk about
mental health. Every Sunday at The Arboretum, meet at

SMART Recovery Groups - help people to gain control over
their drinking, drugs and other addictions. Peer-led meetings
are held in Nottingham on Thurs evenings & Sat mornings. New

disability hate crime. People with learning disabilities should
