full contour Copra Supreme Hyperion, made from 

zirconia powders supplied by Tosoh – Japan. As one

waiting for”. Whitepeaks Cobalt Chrome, Copra Easy 

Mill, reduces bur wear time with its unique manufacturing 

technique. 

DB has recently launched the MSi Mandibular Snoring 

Inhibitor, a game changing anti-snoring appliance 

featuring generous lateral movement and suitable for the 

toughest bruxers. The MSi appliance complements our 

existing MAD anti-snoring appliances made by Leone. 

The MAD appliances include the Telescopic and the 

Forward. Both designs are comfortable for the patient, 

hardwearing and feature the trademark quality of the 

Leone brand. 

New to DB are the Amber Press and Amber Mill range 

of lithium disilicate products by HASS. Amber materials 

have excellent optical properties, are simple to use, and 

are great value for money. Amber presses very cleanly 

with little to no reaction layer, whilst Amber Mill’s nano 

particles prevent chipping during milling. Amber Mill now 

comes in 98mm Pucks, to further reduce its price per 

unit. 

We’ve improved the formula of our bleaching trays. 

Iconic Semi Rigid Bleaching Trays now features 1.0, 1.5 & 

2.0mm thicknesses. When fabricated, Iconic Semi-Rigid 

Bleaching Tray’s higher density formula makes a higher 

quality, more rigid patient tray.

Memoria ® Leaf Spring Activated expander 

This device is an evolution in the design of the previous spring-loaded expander, 

designed with technical and scientific collaboration of Dr. Claudio Lanteri and 

Mr. Filippo Francolini. This new expander features a small size body, and it is 

equipped with two Nickel Titanium MEMORIA® leaf springs allowing the release 

of calibrated and continuous forces to promote the expansion of the maxillary 

arch. Re-loading is needed when the two opposing leaf springs move apart: the 

intraoral activation, which must be done in the dental office, will put the springs in 

contact again thus allowing the release of the selected force.

Memoria LEAF spring self-activated expander 

Featuring all the advantages of the Leaf expander without the need of periodic 

reactivation. The work of this expander is assigned entirely to the flexible properties 

of the nickel titanium leaf springs releasing controlled and continuous 

forces. 

The choice of the expander is decided on the basis of the transverse discrepancy 

of the patient: therapy is therefore predetermined and no further action

Ragno fan-type rapid expander (patented) 

Made entirely of biomedical stainless steel. The expanding arms are laser 

welded to the screw body. Laser engraved directional arrows on the MIM® 

body. It is a device for the rapid expansion of the palate that allows you to get a widening of 

the single anterior sector of the maxillary arch, still maintaining the expansion at the molar 

level. It self-deactivates when 

maximum expansion capacity has been achieved preventing from overtreatment. 

The difference between the two models is the geometric shape of the front part: A0625-07 is 

designed to be able to place the screw as high as possible in the palate trying to determine the

It’s high time to get rid of an old prejudice: Of course, as with every SAM articulator, the upper part of 

the 2P can also be completely rotated by 180°. Due to its design, however, this must be preceded by 3 

small work steps: The centric lock must be completely closed on both sides 

(1), the lock for the condylar housing (2) must be loosened on both sides and the 

axle rotation must be checked for ease of movement. If the tripod arms (3)
