NEW ZEALAND SPINAL TRUST 34
Staying on Track Project
One of the exciting BAIL projects underway in
2021 explores how telehealth might help
provide accessible peer support for people
living with spinal cord impairment (SCI) as
they return home, and what such a programme
might look like. The project, support by
ANZCoS and the Health Research Council, is
all about working with people with relevant
experience to create a vision of the future we
want. There is a strong component of
networking with Māori within the project.
We are now inviting people with lived
experience to join the project—whether you are
a person living with an SCI, support someone
with an SCI, or work professionally in the area.
If you might like to work alongside us to design
a great service, please see the advertisement on
the right. Or if you might be interested in
taking part in a survey, to help us gain feedback
on ideas as they develop, drop us a line at
