Inicialmente, o Plano para a Transição
Digital foi apresentado com um
total de 57 iniciativas, das quais 12
se destacavam como prioritárias.
Hoje, mais do que duplicámos as iniciativas
prioritárias – são agora 25 –
e temos estabelecidas 66 iniciativas
globais.
Reforçámos o apoio à criação de mais
e melhor emprego, à internacionalização
das nossas empresas e à consolidação
de um Estado dotado de
ferramentas digitais e tecnológicas
que o modernizem. Em articulação
com outras áreas governativas, conseguimos
desenvolver uma estratégia
global, concretizada em projetos
com metas claras para fazer face aos
objetivos referidos. Desenvolvemos
um dashboard das iniciativas que nos
permite fazer um acompanhamento
dos seus progressos e pontos de
situação, tornando a execução de
cada uma delas mais transparente e
colaborativa.
OPERACIONALIZAR E MOSTRAR
RESULTADOS
O Plano não só é meticuloso no papel,
como também o é no terreno. É
um projeto com operacionalização
efetiva e do qual todos fazem parte.
Hoje, temos já resultados dos quais
nos podemos orgulhar, principalmente
no que concerne ao Pilar I –
principal motor de todo o Plano - na
capacitação e inclusão digital dos
cidadãos.
Em articulação com o Ministério da
Educação, o programa de digitalização
das escolas é o nosso primeiro
projeto prioritário e já se encontra
no final da sua 1ª fase. Com o objetivo
de incentivar a modernização
tecnológica no ensino, com todas

We have reinforced our support for the
creation of more and better jobs, for the
internationalization of our companies,
and for the consolidation of a State
equipped with digital and technological
tools that modernize it. With this is mind,
and in articulation with other governmental
areas, we were able to develop
a global strategy and a goal-oriented
approach that is being executed accordingly.
We have developed a dashboard of
the initiatives that allows us to monitor
their developments and status, making
the execution of each one of them more
transparent and collaborative.
OPERATIONALIZE AND SHOW RESULTS
The Plan is comprehensive on both a
strategic and executional level and aims
to engage everyone in the country.
Today, we already have results that we
can be proud of, mainly regarding Pillar
I - the main driver of the whole Plan - in
the training and digital inclusion of our
citizens.
In articulation with the Ministry of Education,
the school’s digitalization program
is our priority project and is already at
the end of its first phase. With the aim of
encouraging technological modernization
in education, with all the resulting added
value, one hundred thousand computers
with connectivity have already been
supplied to students in the first level of
School Social Action (ASE) throughout
the country. By the end of the school
year, we have set that all students who
benefit from ASE will be covered by this
program.
The UPskill and Employment + Digital
(Emprego mais Digital) programs are two
more initiatives already on the ground,
