Assembly<br />
All our play equipm<strong>en</strong>t is pre-assembled in our<br />
workshops and, if necessary, dismantled for<br />
transportation with items clearly marked for reassembly.<br />
We supply full assembly instructions.<br />
For large and complex assemblies, we<br />
also have our own in-house installation team.<br />
Quotes for assembly are calculated on the basis<br />
of average ground conditions with a maximum<br />
depth of 1.0 m and soil class 3, as per DIN 18300.<br />
Access to the site for lorries up to 15 tons and<br />
adequate space for wheel loaders and cranes<br />
must be guaranteed. We carry out the measurem<strong>en</strong>t<br />
and installation of the equipm<strong>en</strong>t<br />
utilising available and statically sound anchoring<br />
support onsite. These must be guaranteed<br />
by the customer.<br />
Care and<br />
Maintnance<br />
Regular inspections and any maint<strong>en</strong>ance work<br />
as a result, as well as docum<strong>en</strong>tation thereof,<br />
is a mandatory requirem<strong>en</strong>t for operators of public<br />
playgrounds. You will receive a checklist<br />
for regular maint<strong>en</strong>ance with each delivery or<br />
acceptance of our equipm<strong>en</strong>t. Playground<br />
equipm<strong>en</strong>t care is not required by law. However,<br />
in terms of investm<strong>en</strong>t, regular playground<br />
care can ext<strong>en</strong>d its lifespan and positively<br />
impact the playground and area around<br />
it. Dep<strong>en</strong>ding on the location of the equipm<strong>en</strong>t,<br />
deposits from the air, sun, frost and dryness<br />
can alter the surface of the wood. This requires<br />
care if you wish to get long-term joy out of<br />
your investm<strong>en</strong>t. In-depth information on caring<br />
