Colours can have either a positive or a negative<br />
effect on our optical s<strong>en</strong>sory perception. Certain<br />
colour combinations direct the eye and draw<br />
att<strong>en</strong>tion to a particular situation or a location.<br />
The careful use of colours can add something<br />
to the look and composition of a playground.<br />
That means the planner is able to use colour<br />
in order to add a particular emphasis to the playground<br />
which can stimulate childr<strong>en</strong>’s play.<br />
For our coating system, we use an <strong>en</strong>vironm<strong>en</strong>tally<br />
harmless, transpar<strong>en</strong>t wood varnish for<br />
all large playground equipm<strong>en</strong>t and certain<br />
large play equipm<strong>en</strong>t. Equipm<strong>en</strong>t with springs<br />
and smaller equipm<strong>en</strong>t are, according to their<br />
natural colouration, painted with opaque wood<br />
varnish. Our colours are saliva and sweatresistant<br />
and are particularly suited to childr<strong>en</strong>’s<br />
playground equipm<strong>en</strong>t due to their<br />
raw material composition.<br />
By default our equipm<strong>en</strong>t is coated in Robinia light,<br />
unless stated otherwise. We are happy to arrange wood<br />
stains and rope colours according to your wishes.<br />
