Lübb<strong>en</strong>au: A Spreewald kingdom op<strong>en</strong>s behind the<br />
<strong>en</strong>trance gate of the same name in front of the old town<br />
of Lübb<strong>en</strong>au. The playground depicts typical aspects<br />
of the Spreewald and offers a rich area of activity for all<br />
age groups. An underwater world lies behind the <strong>en</strong>trance<br />
gate with climbing fish for small childr<strong>en</strong> and a water<br />
play unit. The main feature of the playground is the net<br />
and fish trap paradise. High and low Spreewald houses<br />
are connected by a maze of tunnels, bridges, ropes and<br />
nets. A stork sits in a nest on a roof, barrels for crawling<br />
through and hiding lie b<strong>en</strong>eath the houses with a hammock<br />
betwe<strong>en</strong> them for relaxing. Additional swings can<br />
be found separately in the play area. Besides the large<br />
play area, three themed playhouses, a linseed oil stall,<br />
gherkin stall and a large boat repair shop provide pl<strong>en</strong>ty<br />
ofspace for quiet role playing games and s<strong>en</strong>sory games<br />
as well as space to sit and relax.<br />
