Mohnheim: In memory of the great composer Johann<br />
Sebastian Bach, the playground on the street named after<br />
him has be<strong>en</strong> redesigned in Mohnheim. At the c<strong>en</strong>tre<br />
is a combined play equipm<strong>en</strong>t with the look of a big contrabass<br />
for climbing over, crawling into it and sliding down.<br />
Climbing ropes in the form of staves connect the contrabass<br />
with a piano for balancing. A small sand construction<br />
site in the form of two large drums offers creative<br />
and persist<strong>en</strong>t play opportunities. Two flutes and a clarinet<br />
make up the silhouette for a swing and a seesaw. The<br />
stable gre<strong>en</strong> scaffolding and a seating suite make the<br />
playground an attractive family gathering in the quarter.
