COMMAND CENTER GUIDELINES
1. Browsing campaigns
As admin you can view all available campaigns via the CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
page.
As and admin you can filter and search by: campaign name, organization that has
created the campaign, campaign type and status.
2. View campaign details
For each campaign you as an admin you can view metadata and what segment of
learners were engaged.
Click on actions Dashboard and you will be redirected to the campaign info section.
On this page you can access the following information:
a. General Information
- Name of the campaign
- Type of the campaign
- Start & End date of the campaign
- Created at date of the campaign
- Status of the campaign
- Modules included in the campaign
- Runtime of the campaign
- Number of learners engaged in the campaign
- Created by
- Indicator if the campaign is a test one or not
b. Engaged learners /segments/
- Segment view of the groups included
- Individual tab to list individually selected learners

3. Creating curriculum campaign
At OutThink we try to minimize the time you need to invest in order to create a
campaign. Each type of campaign follows 4 simple steps for setup. In curriculum
campaign those steps are:
a. Step 1: select the type of campaign you want to select. Select Curriculum
b. Step 2: select the learners you want to engage in your organization.
- Enroll all learners – it will select all employees in the organizations
you have access to and enroll them in the campaign.
- Segment learners – it expose tools for you to narrow down groups
of users:
1. By groups /segments/ - you can filter by organization and
department and smart tags. You can add different segment
types by clicking on Add segment or Exclude segment.
Add segment allows you to specify extra condition and filter
users. For example: “I want the employees from organization

XYZ and that are part of Sales department to receive this
campaign”
Exclude segment allows you to specify a condition to exclude a
specific group. Example: “I want all employees from
organization XYZ to receive the campaign, with exception to
Engineering department”
- Individual learners – allows you to include or exclude individual
learners from the campaign.
c. Step 3: select assets that you wish your learners to receive
- Mandatory modules – those are modules you as admin can select
and learners must complete
- Dynamically allocated modules – those are automatically assigned
by the system based on the learner profile and actions.
d. Step 4: set up general information about the campaign such as name, start
and end date.

4. Create instant campaign
At OutThink we try to minimize the time you need to invest in order to create a
campaign. Each type of campaign follows 4 simple steps for setup. When setting up
Instant campaign, you can follow same steps as for curriculum. The only difference is
in Step 3, Asset selection.
In Step 3 you need to select the modules that you would like your learners to take.
After you are done with the selection, similar to curriculum in Step 4 you need to set
up campaign name, start and end date.
