Symptoms Cause Solution
Unusual loudness of the engine
Circuit breaker (fuse) has tripped

Air in hydraulic circuit
Dirty hydraulic oil

Check contacts on contactor
Check capacity of circuit breakers
Check for damage to the cable
Clean oil filter
Bleed the hydraulic system
Replace the hydraulic oil
Check connection / check voltage
output motor contactor
Replace the contactor
Replace the fuses
Replace the cable

4.5 Maintenance and service instructions
Advice
All maintenance and service work should be carried out at least after "Maintenance or care
plan" be carried out
Oil level check
1. Lower the lifting platform completely
2. Remove the filler cap
3. Check the oil level at the filler cap
Oil change
1. Lower the lifting platform completely.
2. Remove the oil filler plug
3. Carefully remove the oil drain plug and allow the oil to drain into a suitable container
Advice
Clean the tank and oil filter to prevent premature contamination of the hydraulic oil.
4. After the oil is completely drained, close the tank with the oil drain plug
5. Fill the new oil into the oil tank
6. Raise and lower the lift and check that the maximum lifting height is still correct
