Remove the hose and close the screw plug .
6. Check the oil level and top up with oil if necessary.
2.7.1 Before commissioning
Warning
Before commissioning, check all fastening screws, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic lines
and tighten them if necessary.
Caution: Some of these must be checked at regular intervals and retightened if necessary.
2.7.2 Check before commissioning

Make sure that all pins and bolts are properly installed.
Ensure that the chain is properly installed.
Ensure that the supply voltage corresponds to that on the motor rating plate.
Make sure that the electrical system is connected and properly grounded according to the electrical wiring
diagram.
Ensure that the lifting platform is earthed.
Mechanical safety precautions for proper installation

Ensure that the safety catch is properly activated when the Lock-Up button is pressed. This can be released
by pressing the Lower button.
When lifting, make sure that the safety catches engage. If not, check the cause.
Checking the hydraulic system for proper operation

Check the oil level and top it up if necessary.
Raise the support arms to their full height and run the engine for 5 seconds.
Check all hose connections to find any leaks. If necessary, tighten the connections or seal the leaks.
Check the lifting platform at maximum height.
Repeat the bleeding of the cylinders if necessary.
Checking the optional limit switches for proper operation

Check that the upper limit switch is working properly. To do this, make sure that the unit is no longer working
when the support arms have reached the maximum height.
Check that the CE stop switch is working properly. To do this, make sure that the lift stops when the support
arms have reached a height of approx. 200 mm.
