ädau-in the beginning; pathänam-path; racaya-please perform; caritärthä-sucess;<br />
bhavatu-may be; te-your; viräjanté-is brilliantly manifested; sarva-everything; upariover;<br />

kadambe-on the kadamba tree; kädamba-of the swans; éçvara-O lord; pathi-on the path;<br />

O king of swans, please stay for a moment on this kadamba tree full of new leaves,<br />
the tree Lord Hari climbed when, to flood us with waves of secret love, He suddenly<br />
