vitanvänaù käntià vapuñi çarad-äkäça-valitäà<br />
kuto na tvaà séra-dhvaja bhajasi våndävanam idam<br />
prasannaù-happy; käle-at the time; ayam-this; punaù-again; udayitum-to raise; räsa-of<br />
the räsa dance; bhajanaiù-with the worship (Or räsabha-janaiù-the demons in the form<br />
of asses); viläsin-O performer of pastimes; adya-today; api-even; sphuöam-manifested;<br />
anaparädhäù-faultless; vayam-we; api-even; vitanvänaù-manifesting; käntim-splendor<br />
or beauty; vapuñi-in the form; çarat-autumnal; äkäça-in the sky; valitäm-appeared;<br />
kutaù-why?; na-not; tvam-You; séra-plow or club; dhvaja-banner; bhajasi-You return;<br />
våndävanam-to Våndävana; idam-this.<br />
O Balaräma, O holder of the plow, why do You not come to Våndaväna and show us<br />
the autumn-cloud glory of Your form and happily throw the ass-demons far away? O<br />
playful one, we have not offended You.<br />
Note: This verse may also be interpreted in the following way:<br />
"O Kåñëa, O holder of the club, why do You not come to Våndaväna and show us<br />
the autumn-cloud glory of Your form and enjoy the räsa dance with us? O playful<br />
one, Rädhä has not left our company."<br />

na åagaà sarvajïa kvacid api vidhätte rati-patià<br />
muhur dveñöi drohaà kalayati baläd iñöa-vidhaye<br />
ciraà dhyänäsaktä nivasati sadä saugata-ratis<br />
tathäpy asyäà haàho sadaya-hådayä tvaà na dayase<br />
na-not; rägam-love; sarva-jïa-O omniscient one; kvacit-somewhere; api-even; vidhatteplaces;<br />
rati-of Rati-devé; patim-the husband (cupid); muhuù-constantly; dveñöi-hates;<br />
droham-injury; kalayati-performs; balät-violently; iñöa-vidhaye-for the attainment of<br />
desires; ciram-for a long time; dhyäna-to meditation; äsaktä-attached; sadä-constantly;<br />
saugata-ratiù-unhappy, or happy because of Lord Buddha; tathä api-nevertheless;<br />
asyäm-towards her; haàho-O; sadaya-merciful; hådaya-heart; tvam-You; na-not;<br />
dayase-have mercy.
