With ISOBUS Basic Terminal TOP
the sprayer is ready for Precision
Farming. The hydraulics is controlled
by the terminal. The Distance Control
is using ultra-sound to support the
pendulum suspension.
The new Schmotzer EMR-
Armature is equipped with
recirculation and pressure balancing.
Recirculating fluids supply every
nozzle with spraying liquid to enable
an immediate start on the field. It is
possible to save pressure settings
for five different nozzles.

Schmotzer spraying booms can
be built with package folding and
side folding. Using package folding
the working width can be reduced
gradually by 3 m in every height, t.
i. 24 to 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6 and 3 m
- right and left.
Schmotzer SprayControl S is
guiding the sprayer automatically,
enables an exact dosage and
incorporates ten boom parts (each
three meters).
Schmotzer UniControl S adds a
user-friendly display, which shows
the most important data during
operations, to the functionality of
SprayControl S. All important data
can be retrieved by pressing a button.
Schmotzer Spraydos (image
above) combines the functionality of
SprayControl S and Schmotzer
Control Box and is a well-priced
option.

Schmotzer UD3000
The mechanical precision seeder Schmotzer
UD3000 is especially made for sugar beet. The
sowing discs is CNC-manufactured and guarantees
best seed deposition.
The sowing depth is determined by the front press
wheel. The following wheel and the middle press
wheel (optional) embed the seed into the soil.
Tests using the nobble press wheel (top right
image) obtained the best field results.
Schmotzer UD2000
Sugar beet, rape, cabbage, peas,

- Schmotzer UD2000 makes
everything possible.
The spindle-adjustable front press
wheel is in charge of the exact
depth guidance. The following
nobble press wheel ensures
perfect embedding and best
compression, even with very
shallow deposition or on slopes.

A sowing monitor
controls the seed
deposition and notifies
possible malfunctioning
of a seeding
element.
The pneumatic precision seeder
Schmotzer P4000 is suidtable for maize
and sugar beet, but also specialized crop
like sunflower, beans, soy and rape.
The seeding elements are parallelogramguided
for best ground adjustment. The
Schmotzer Vacu-Suck system around the
sowing disc selects the seed. Sowing discs
with 20 - 60 cells are available.
Wear-resistant beet and maize shares with
changeable points are preconditions for
efficient operations. The high machine
weight enables best compression and
excellent field results.
Additionally, mulch and direct seeding
equippment, row fertilizers and band
sprayers are available.

By using either one, two or three
shares in a rigid or vibrating system,
the Schmotzer M-PP is adjustable
to all soil conditions.
Kombi-PP:

The Kombi-PP is equipped with three
(sugar beet) or five (maize, tobacco,
strawberries) duck-foot shares.
Vibrating shares ensure the best soil
entering angle without influencing
the working depth.
The plant protection discs are
mounted onto the parallelogram for
a higher pass-line and a better depthguidance.
