From a strictly biblical perspective, the answer is clear. 'Yes and No.' Everybody who has received the Holy Spirit speaks in tongues as a sign. But not everybody also operates in the gift of tongues. The word ‘testimony’ means to do it again.<br />

This is what we see happening in the book of<br />
Acts.<br />
And this is what Jesus is still doing today.<br />
