An introduction to real estate financing from
both lender and borrower standpoints, covering
residential and commercial transactions with
consideration given to sources of mortgage
financing; the secondary mortgage market;
a review of essential provisions of mortgage
documents; defaults and foreclosures;
evaluating adjustable vs. fixed-rate mortgages;
conventional, government-guaranteed VA,
FHAinsured loans; qualifying the borrower and
processing real estate loans; and special aspects
of real estate finance.

This 30-hour Pennsylvania Real Estate
Fundamentals interactive course introduces you
