Natalia Lukinykh is a film critic, expert in animation, teacher<br />
(docent) in the Russian State Cinema University (VGIK) and School-<br />
Studio SHAR. She is a documentary filmmaker and has been honored<br />
as a cultural worker of the Russian Federation. She has written<br />
numerous articles and TV reviews about contemporary film and<br />
animation. Natalia Lukinykh has created and directed original TV<br />
programs (ANIMATEKA, ANIMA-LESSON) and documentaries about<br />
animation and culture. She has won at international film festivals.<br />
She is a scholar of the Russian Academy of Cinema Arts “Nika” and<br />
a member of FIPRESCI and ASIFA. She is also the program director<br />
of the animated film festival Suzdalfest, the curator of the animation<br />
program for the international film festival Pacific Meridian in<br />
Vladivostok, and she has been a jury member for various international<br />
film festivals (Berlin, Tampere, Leipzig, Annecy, Stuttgart,<br />
Seoul, Zagreb, Tallinn, Vilnius, Riga etc.). She has participated in<br />
international animation workshops and taught students in Ukraine,<br />
Lithuania, Estonia, Belgium, Portugal, and Ireland.<br />
