This detergent hydraulic oil is a tailormade quality for heavy duty

hydraulic systems of earthmoving equipment and of permanent

installations that have to work under high pressures over a wide

temperature range. This fluid is not compatible in systems,

containing parts or equipment with a silver lining.

This hydraulic oil is a developed on the basis of specially selected

base oils. This oil offers a high wear protection, even under extreme

loads, thanks to effective additives. This hydraulic oil additionally

contains dispersing and detergent ingredients, which always ensure

clean hydraulics. These additives loosen impurities and keep them

suspended, enabling the dirt to be cleaned from the dirty hydraulic

systems. The functional elements of a hydraulic system are

therefore kept clean from sediment and adhesions. Seeping water is

emulsified and ensures the operation of the hydraulic system

remains trouble-free.

This high quality detergent hydraulic oil is a tailor-made quality for

heavy duty hydraulic systems as well as for gear drives and bearings

under light service conditions. This detergent hydraulic oil can also

be used as circulating lubricant (not in turbines) and for the general

lubrication of machinery. This fluid is not compatible in systems,

containing parts or equipment with a silver lining.

A special hydraulic oil on the basis of synthetic and mineral oils with

high-quality additives. Thanks to its special formulation, the

properties of this hydraulic oil play a crucial role. It guarantees

outstanding cold stability, active damping and engine support, for

hydrostatic drive of ventilators, alternators and air conditioning

systems, for stability and traction systems (ABS/ASR/ASC), central

locking, electro-hydraulic convertible top controls, hydraulic brake

boosters and hydropneumatic suspension for VW, Audi, Seat and

Skoda. It is particularly ideal for use in cold countries.

This biodegradable hydraulic oil is of high quality and suitable for

heavy duty hydraulic systems of earthmoving equipment and

permanent installations, that have to work under high pressures

over a wide temperature range. This hydraulic oil is especially

developed for situations where pollution of the environment is

expected and and where very high operating temperatures can be

realised.

To be used for the lubrication of almost any type of industrial gear

box, even when exposed to heavy duty and shock loads.

This synthetic oil is very suitable for the lubrication of heavy loaded

mechanical gearboxes and bearings with a high thermal load. In

comparison with mineral industrial gear oils a substantial extension

of the oil drain interval is possible. This oil may not be contacted

with aluminium and aluminiumalloys. This product contains

polyalkylene glycols and is therefore not miscible with mineral or

other synthetic oils.

This synthetic oil is very suitable for the lubrication of heavy loaded

mechanical gearboxes and bearings with a high thermal load. In

comparison with mineral industrial gear oils a substantial extension

of the oil drain interval is possible. This oil is compatible with all seal

materials and paints normally specified for use with mineral oils. So

no special change-over procedure is necessary.

This is a light coloured concrete mould oil, based on highgrade

refined base oils, containing non-toxic surface-active

compounds. Together with the bleeding water from the

concrete, this mould oil provides a low interfacial surfacetension,

which gives a smooth surface finish of the concrete.

This is a light coloured concrete mould oil for the construction

of houses, buildings, subways and bridges. This mould oil is

based on high grade refined base oils and a suitable solvent,

containing non-toxic surface-active and anti-corrosive

compounds. Together with the bleeding water from the

concrete, this mould oil provides a low interfacial surface

tension, which gives a smooth surface finish.

This oil is a machine tool lubricant specially designed for tableway

lubrication, with emphasis on superior stick-slip properties. This

machine tool lubricant also meets the requirements of hydraulic

systems, gear boxes and spindles in most machine tools.

This mould oil is recommended for steel- and coated wooden

moulds and should be applied, by spraying, swabbing or brushing, as

a thin layer (1 litre at 40-60 m²) to get the best results. After

applying the overspill must be removed otherwise it tends to give oil

marks on the concrete when too much is used. This mould oil can

also be used for the manufacturing of concrete in heated moulds.

This mould oil is recommended for steel and coated wooden moulds

and should be applied, by spraying, swabbing or brushing, as a thin

layer.

For coated wooden moulds: use 1 litre of this mould oil at 30-40 m²

For steel moulds: use 1 litre of this mould oil at 40-50 m².

After applying the overspill must be removed, otherwise it tends to

give oil marks on the concrete when too much is used. This mould

oil can also be used for the manufacturing of concrete in warm

moulds.

This compressor oil is recommended for the crankcase and cylinder

lubrication of reciprocating air compressors, but also for the

lubrication of drip feed rotary sliding vane compressors. This

compressor oil has low carbon-forming tendencies and minimises

the formation of deposits in the discharge system at the

temperature range where these compressors operate. Due to the

high quality of this compressor oil, mostly the service interval can be

extended.

This compressor oil is a dispersant type oil intended primarily for oilflooded

rotary sliding-vane and screw-type compressors with

relative high operating temperatures.

This turbine oil has been specially formulated to satisfy the

demanding requirements of modern high output steam turbines,

including gear units. This oil is also recommended for industrial-type

gas turbines. In addition to turbine applications, this oil may also be

used to lubricate hydraulic systems, compressors, high-speed gears,

certain oil-lubricated bearings and other applications requiring high

quality rust and oxidation inhibited oils which separate readily from

water.

This turbine oil has been specially formulated to satisfy the

demanding requirements of modern high output steam-, gas- and

water turbines. Because of its composition is this turbine oil

specially suitable for long service life. In addition to turbine

applications is this oil also suitable for the lubricating of hydraulic

systems, compressors, high-speed gears and certain bearings and

other applications requiring high quality rust and oxidation inhibited

This cutting oil can be used for machining or grinding of ferroand

non-ferro metals, especially aluminium and has a wide

application area. This product provides excellent tool

operating times. This cooling fluid is also applicable in

combination with relative hard water.

N.B.: Mixing is achieved by slowly pouring the fluid into

water, preferably of drinking water quality, while stirring

thoroughly or using an automatic mixing device. In this way

optimal operation of the emulsion is achieved. Always mix

well before use.

Mixing ratio: Depending of the water hardness and the

applied machining process the below mentioned mixing ratio

are advised:

· General machining 1 part liquid in 19 - 24 parts water

· Heavy machining 1 part liquid in 12 - 19 parts water

· Grinding 1 part liquid in 24 - 32 parts water

This oil can be used in an air-piping or micro-fog lubricator of

hammers, pile driver drills, grinders, pumps, hoists, clamps and

vices.

In general a 10% emulsion (add 1 part oil to 9 parts water while

stirring thoroughly) to obtain a very stable emulsion, gives a good

cooling lubricant for drilling, turning and cutting of normal

commercial steels.

N.B.: The product must be stored inside and above 0 °C; because of

stability limited to one year.

This high quality emulsifying, semi-synthetic cutting fluid can be

used for several universal applications in metalworking.

This honing oil is undeluted used for the honing, lapping and

grinding of aluminium, cast-iron and hardened steels. This oil

is also used for machining high cutting speeds or and deep

boring of non-ferro metals and glas and for the grinding of

tools with diamond wheels.

This neat multipurpose cutting oil can be used undeluted for

cutting and boring of alloyed steels with a high tensile

strength, but also for non-ferro and light metals. This oil has

characteristics as hydraulic oil and industrial gear oil.

This neat cutting oil can be used undeluted for general

machining of low carbon and light alloyed steels. This oil can

also be used for grinding and cutting of wheels.

N.B.: There is a risk of staining of non-ferrous metals.

This heavy duty neat cutting oil has to be used undeluted for

machining of high alloyed, stainless, austenitic, acid and heat

resistant steels. This oil shows excellent results by working

with difficult operations like deep-hole drilling, tapping,

shaping or shaving of gears.

N.B.: There is a risk of staining of non-ferrous metals.

This heat-transfer oil is suitable for use as heattransfer

medium in closed circulating type heattransfer

systems, which work with indirect

heating and high temperatures (above 100 °C).

Up till 300 °C the system will function without

an inert type of gas. When the bulk oil

temperature comes between 300 °C and 320 °C

there has to be a slight overpressure of an inert

type of gas.

This type of white oil has a wide range of

applications in the industry. Moreover this

product can be used in:

- precision machines, which are not heavy

loaded

- some polymers as a softener

- the textile and artificial silk industry

- household applications

N.B.: This oil can not be applied as medicinal

white oil, is also not suitable for use in the food,

cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

This gas engine oil is suitable to apply in four

stroke gas engines for which lower acid

neutralisation capacity is required. This oil can

be applied when natural gas, biomass gas or

landfill gas are used. Application of this motor

oil contributes to a longer lifetime and

decreased maintenance costs, because longer

service fill times are possible. Due to its lower

phosphate content a longer lifetime of the

catalyst can be achieved.

This heat-transfer oil is a mineral oil, based upon specially selected

solvent refined base oils under addition of additives to obtain the

following properties:

- a high thermal stability

- a good resistant against oxidation

- little deposit in the installation

- not corrosive

This high quality transformer oil is suitable for application in

transformers and oil-filled electrical switches and initial resistors.

This mineral white oil is based on specially selected saturated

paraffinic and cyclo-paraffinic hydrocarbons. Due to a special

method of refining this oil is acid-free, colourless and odourless.

This gas engine oil is suitable for the lubrication of four stroke gas

This chain-saw oil has been specially formulated

to lubricate the chain of chain-saws preventing

this oil from overheating and loss of strength.

The high grade of tackiness prevents the oil to

fling from the chain. The chain-saw oil cannot

be used for the lubrication of the engine of the

saw.

This chain-saw oil is based upon high quality low aromatic solventrefined

base oils under addition of special additives to obtain the

following properties:

- a very high grade of tackiness, preventing the oil from fling of the

chain

- excellent lubricity

This gas engine oil is suitable to apply in four stroke gas engines for

which a higher acid neutralizing capacity is required in combination

with biomass gas or landfill gas. Application of this motor oil

contributes to a longer lifetime and decreased maintenance costs,

because longer drain intervals are possible. Due to its lower

phosphate content also a longer lifetime of the catalyst can be

achieved.
