Editor's Note
Making moves in 2021
We are already in the second month of 2021, the
vaccine is being distributed, and life is slowly
getting back to normal. In many states things have
regressed and restrictions have been put back in
place to control the outbreak, but some states are
open and booming.
History is being made and people are living their
lives within the parameter of a pandemic. Mask
up and stay safe is all we can do for now. I hope
herd immunity takes effect soon, but until then
enjoy and live your life.
"Her Love for Japanese Food Turned Into a
Dream Come True She Could Have Never Begin
to Imagine."
Cydonie Brown's love for Japanese culture and
cuisine took her on an unexpected journey she
will never forget. Some would say she is
living the dream.
A Navy Military Veteran is a
Prominent Social Media
Influencer in Japan
She would say she "loves Japanese food and
culture." A respected and proud US Navy Military
Veteran and a former National Park Ranger,
Cydonie Brown has shown a preference for
courage, dedication, and thinking outside of the
box since an early age.
As if becoming a respected US Navy Military
member and building her career in a
predominantly male-dominated field was not
enough, Cydonie Brown seemed to have always
strived for more. Very devoted to Japanese cuisine
and culture, she went on to start a small YouTube
Channel promoting Japanese food and her
favorite dishes. Little did she know that the
channel was to become an extraordinarily popular
show that viewers from over 50 countries love!
DIAMOND MAGAZINE |

As you can conclude from her appearances in this
show that you can see on the following links, you
cannot fail to feel that Cydonie is crazy for food.
Do not take our word for it – see for yourself:
It wasn't long before she was noticed by the
Japanese TV channels and got her first show!
Saying that this ambitious, unique, strong, and
independent local Taftville, Connecticut lady has
become a real TV star in Japan would be an
understatement!
A large afro, a big laugh, and a strong love for
Japanese cuisine made her one of the favorite TV
persons in Japan and over 50 countries who
follow her show!
When asked about whether her show's success
was sometimes, she expected, Cydonie Brown
stressed that "success" is not the primary thing
she focuses on.
"I must say that it truly fulfills and makes me
happy to see children, young adults in awe of the
fact that an American woman can speak
Japanese."
Not just speak it but become a truly adored
Japanese TV star most Japanese viewers are in
awe of! Learn more about this extraordinary
Please tell everybody who you are and what you do.
Angel RIBO:
My God, we definitely know how to do this. Thank you so much. I was listening to you.
And I was saying I was thinking to myself, Oh my God, you know there is this virtue I
use be. I used to be a Catholic. I was born into Spain A long time ago, and I remember
everybody talking about God. God is all the time everywhere and as I
was listening to you that you are present on every single place on the earth. Where
doesn't Yaya Diamond air? Thank you for having me.
Yaya Diamond:
Hahaha. If we are not in your area let me know and I will make sure I get there as well.
Angel RIBO:
Thank you very much for having me on your show. Let's have some fun today. Yay. So
Well, basically, you know, I'm known because you know, both corporate CEOs and
established entrepreneurs hire me to bridge the gap globally for expansion and
exposure. The reason why they do that is that my corporate career started in the 90s.
I'm originally from Barcelona but eventually came to the US and have helped more
than 1500 CEOs and their companies basically accelerate the growth of their
businesses in 33 different countries. That's why I said if you are not listed in any
particular country, we have to fix this. Now, I consider myself someone really
passionate about connecting the unconnected, these people that will never connect
with the rest of the world. I think this is actually more important than ever before
because as you know, it's right now, February 2021, we've been already almost 12
months, through a worldwide, you know, you know, let's say insanity, put it
this way, you know, just name it in a particular way. I don't like to, I don't like to give
energy to things that I don't like. So let's put it this way. And, you know, there's a lot of
people that have lost the connection. As you know, there's a lot of, you know, talking
about distancing about, you know, keeping space about those things that from the
bottom of our heart, from the bottom of our heart, we know, they are not the good
things for human beings, right? Because, you know, if there's something that we the
public figures, the ones that are always talking to the hundreds into the 1000s, or to
the millions, something that we all know is that we are here, not because what we say
it's we are here because we want to send messages across from our guests that can
change their lives of our of our listeners every single day. That's why we do what we
do. It's not us. It's not if we can save a word. And our guests can say that word and that
word is going to is going to inspire someone's life. It's going to change
that life forever. Let's do it. That's why connection is so important. That's why
Article by Yaya Diamond
Dr. Richard Kaye: Yes we work with a lot of people. So how can I
serve you and your audience today? I know you want to talk
about money? That is such a huge target. What parts of it? Would
you like to start at the beginning? Many people skip over the
beginning and go straight for the finances, or they go straight for
this, or the credit line, or whatever they have to go for but they
haven't fulfilled the little micro steps that they have to do before
they get there.
So let's focus on money for the business, would that be a good
place to begin?
Yaya Diamond: Perfect, especially with what's going on in the
markets these days?
Dr. Richard Kaye: So there's an old saying that everyone knows, if
you do what you've always done, you're going to get what you've
always got. Yes? Today, that's not even true. If you do what
you've always done in this culture, you're gonna go out of
business, you have to change your thinking, you have to step into
the culture of what is happening now. CEO space has been around
for 32 years cited by Forbes and Inc, as the number one business
conference, the one you cannot afford to miss. Why would they
say that? They say that for a myriad of reasons. Talking about
money, people have raised in excess of $3 billion dollars, and even
in today's culture, that's a lot of money.
Dr. Richard Kaye: We've watched household names, some may be familiar to you like Lisa Nichols,
who came to see CEO space. She got on The Oprah Winfrey Show and she received a $1 million
advance for her book "No matter what". She's one of the most highly requested speakers in the
motivational space today. So let's go back to the core. Yeah, you're right. You can't focus on money.
When you focus on money, people know it, and what do they do? They're out of here. Yeah, focus on
service. Focus on being someone who shows up and just gives and gives and gives. So let me give you
ladies and gentlemen, a real example. When you go to networking meetings, I know I used to do this
When I used to be a doctor. Who's coming in as a client and who's coming in as a patient? The
woman sitting next to me who's going to buy my insurance? Who's going to buy my car? What if you
step out of that, and ask a more powerful question. By the way, the quality of your life is determined
by the quality of the questions you're asking. If you ask why me, your mind is going to give you an
answer. If you want to drive yourself totally crazy ask why does this always happen to me? This is
what we do at CEO space. The questions are, what do you do? And how may I serve you? And watch
how your life changes. And, you know, I'm going to take us back to my very initial conversation. I
asked you that question. How may I serve you? And that is one of the things that led to us serving,
not just one but most of your people.
Beat
Diabetes
"You have pre-diabetes" my doctor said to me March 2020.
This is a true story of my journey to beat diabetes, not a gimmick or
some made up story to get you to purchase something, but my very
own story in my own words.
Since that day I have looked into every diet I could think of and I
eventually found something, although it is not a diet but a way of life I
must take on for the remainder of my life. There is no magic potion, no
shortcut, there is only one way to beat this and that is by changing the
way I ate.
I had to lose at least 20 pounds and fast according to my doctor. I
thought about keto, calorie restriction, paleo, etc, but none of them can
work for my condition. That is when I found the glycemic index. If you
want some help getting started check out this link I found online.
Yaya Diamond: Awesome. Awesome.
Thank you both for being on the show.
You know, it takes a lot of work. I think
people don't really see all the things
that goes into being an artist in the
spotlight and working with people. One of
you could take this, I mean, where you
came from and where you are now and
how much work have you put into this?
Ladies first?
Connceited: I wasn't very serious about
my music but now I am. We're in the
studio day in and day out. We literally
have a home studio and we're in here from
the moment we wake up until it's time to
go to sleep, we dream about work, we
wake up and go back to work. I didn't
know how to write at one point as well, but
I had to learn to write and fast because we
are paying for studio time and I don't want.
waste anybody's time. And I don't want anybody wasting my time. Because you know,
some people don't want to hear the same melody over and over. Yeah and I am also a
mom which is a lot of work. A lot of work.
Yaya Diamond: What advice do you give other artists?
Connceited: When it comes to artists don't push yourself too hard, especially if you
have the same issues that I have with mental health because that can take a toll on you.
Being African American stress is one of the number one killers, so don't stress yourself
out about stuff. Oh, one thing that I've learned from being around Black Assassin is if
you get stuck with something, just take a break or move on to something else and come
back to it. And another thing we talked about earlier, don't compare yourself to
anybody because you are one of a kind and there is not another you. You can try to
sound like this person or that person but nobody's going to sound like you.
