RE: Slavery Reparations
My name is Lord Rechayahu Ben Harvey Ricky White II. I am an Afro-Indigenous descendant of the
North American Paleo Autochthonous Hebrew speaking melanated tribes of the Holy Torah Abrahamic
Covenant (Genesis 17; Deuteronomy 11:24; 12:5; Joshua1:3 = Paramount Title of The "Ancient Ones"),
that settled the Americas after the last Ice Age circa 25,000-18,000 years ago.
We, Afro-Indigenous (Ancient Ones) are not descendants of the Trans-Atlantic African Slave trade 1514-
1868 African-Americans.
The Pope, the leader of Christendom, which is the religion of the explorers and majority of the White
Supremacist who invaded this hemisphere knew Paleo Autochthonous Hebrew speaking melanated tribes
of the Holy Torah Abrahamic Covenant "Ancient Ones" inhabited this hemisphere and issued "Papal Bulls"
almost 100 years apart, stating do not enslaved indigenous inhabitants of Americas.
"Sublimis Deus" of Paul III... May 29, 1537, Forbids the enslavement of the "copper-color" indigenous
peoples of the Americas which included God's prehistoric Abrahamic Covenant IVRI Tribes. Followed by
reaffirming April 22, 1639, Papal Bull "Commissum Nobis" of Urban VIII...Reaffirms "Sublimus Dei"
We, "Ancient Ones" descendants along with other Afro indigenous tribes, were already living in the Western
Hemisphere before the 1492 European White Supremacy invasion. However, because of the copper color
melanated hue of our skin, our identities were suppressed and changed, fraudulently claiming we are
African slave descendants; and our resources and territories were stolen due to genocide, pandemics, and
diseases introduced into our indigenous populations by European White Supremacist committing fraudulent
land grabs.
Furthermore, I am a descendant of Afro indigenous inhabitants discovered by Giovanni da Verrazzano, the
first European explorer to the Eastern Seaboard (what became Eastern North Carolina) in 1524, describing
my ancestors (Paleo Hebrews) as Ethiopian-in-Appearance to his sponsor, King Francis I of France, almost
a century before Trans-African slave trade, proving melanated tribes were already inhabiting the Americas.
With all of the above being said. I am an Afro-Indigenous/British legal hereditary heir descendant, of "pre-
America" family's extraterritorial estate (Principality of Granville), that status of British subjects inhabiting
the Americas was defined in the 1783 Paris Treaty of Peace, Article 3-9, that recognized the Independence
of the United States of America and 13 colonies; I am hereditary heir, assign, a successor of "pre-America
"indigenous Lord of Manors/Lord Proprietors of the 1663-1665 Charter of Carolina Land Grant Treaty,
which trespass upon Paleo Autochthonous Hebrew speaking melanated tribes of the Holy Torah Abrahamic
Covenant (Genesis 17; Deuteronomy 11:24; 12:5; Joshua1:3 = Paramount Title of The Ancient Ones); my
ancestors.
The 1663/1665 Lord Proprietor Charter of Carolina land grant treaty consists of
NORTHERN BOUNDARY, 36º NORTH LATITUDE; SOUTHERN BOUNDARY, NORTH 29º NORTH
LATITUDE; WESTERN BOUNDARY, SOUTH SEAS (PACIFIC OCEAN); EASTERN BOUNDARY,

There can not be any talks of slave reparations without the copper color Afro-Indigenous ("Ancient Ones ")
being represented at the negotiation table.
Afro-Indigenous cannot continue to allow White Supremacist colonizers to lump the landholding possessors
of the land, the continental Afro-Indigenous descendants with Trans-Atlantic African immigrants slave trade
descendants; and fraudulently call us "all" AFRICAN-AMERICANS; BLACK AMERICANS, etc.
Afro-Indigenous are legitimate indigenous stewards, indigenous occupiers, have indigenous ownership of
these lands; African-Americans have no legitimate interest or ownership of this continent.
Afro-Indigenous land stewards and territory holders are owed reparations for slavery, Genocide,
miscegenation, rape, murder, mental and physical abuse, etc., illegal theft from profiting from natural &
mineral resources, and unlawful and illegal land theft;
And, African-Americans are owed reparations from importation into slavery, Genocide, miscegenation,
rape, murder, mental and physical abuse, etc.; and these Reparations amounts are not the same.
African-American leadership in the 1960s has cheated Afro-Indigenous and colonial inhabitants out of their
birthright of "Independence" and "self-determination" once before by ignoring The Declaration on the
Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples, also known as the United Nations General
Assembly Resolution 1514, which was a resolution of the United Nations General Assembly during its
fifteenth session, that affirmed that the resolution also provided for the granting of independence to colonial
countries and peoples.
Afro-Indigenous are descendants of colonial people subjugated to slavery, etc. by colonial-era White
supremacists.
African-American leadership chose to try to integrate with descendants of White Supremacy colonizers
instead of "Independence", which has been proven to be disastrous for the melanated people upon this
hemisphere.
It is my wish, to be at the table for reparations negotiations that affect Afro indigenous stewards and
territory holding people of this continent.
