and players of the CHCA Varsity Baseball Team. This co-ed camp will

Explore the Engineering Design Process: identify, research, plan and
build, test, improve. Apply concepts of measurement, speed, balance,
mechanical movement, and structure. Guided challenge and free
builds will focus on implementing complex/compound machines.

41 — GR 4-6 CHCA ROBOTICS CAMP

Participants will be introduced to the engineering design process,
simple machines, with an emphasis on teamwork and foundational
robotics skills in building and programming.
Camp is 8am-1pm, 7/19-7/22/21 @ UE Innovation Space
42 — GR 5-9 STAGESTRUCK THEATER CAMP

During this musical theater day camp students are trained in singing,
dancing, acting, & improv all in a creative atmosphere for students to
stretch and “try their wings” in the performing arts.
Camp is 9am-3:30pm M-F, 6/7-6/18/21 w/ original musical

1 - All raffles will close on Saturday 2/27/2021.
2 - Winners will be drawn on Monday 3/1/2021 and notified via email.

Dates & times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor &
the buyer & must be used within ONE YEAR from the auction date unless
otherwise specified or as agreed by donor. To avoid disappointment please
make all reservations well in advance. Sales & entertainment taxes, security, &
cleaning deposits, when required by the donor, must be paid directly to the
donor & are not included in your bid.
Purchasers are asked to respect times stipulated by donors & not request
changes. Please contact donors within 30 days of the auction to arrange the
date. By his or her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against
either CHCA or the donor of the property or services, & neither CHCA nor the
donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may
result from the utilization of property or services sold.
Items not picked up or pick-up arrangements made by March 31, 2021 will be
considered a donation to the CHCA NO-GO Celebration fundraiser.
6 - All sales are final & no exchanges or refunds will be honored.
TAX DEDUCTIBILITY OF DONATIONS AND PURCHASES
Cash Contributions: Deductible as a charitable contribution.
Raffle Winnings: Please consult with your tax advisor on the taxability of your
winnings. Raffle winnings above a certain amount are taxable and will be issued a
W-2G when applicable per IRS guidelines.
Raffle Ticket Purchase: Not deductible.
