1. Hate Crimes: 2018: One on-campus /vandalism incident characterized by religion and national origin. There were no incidents involving crimes of
violence against persons characterized by bias against race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin, disability, and/or gender
identity. Pursuant to the 2008 Clery Act Amendments: “Higher Education Opportunity Act” (Public Law 110-315) and VAWA’s Campus Sexual Violence
Act provision for the period of 2017-2019.
2. Unfounded Crimes: Any crime reports in which it has been concluded that the crime reported was false, baseless, or did not occur resulting in
withholding from crime statistics.
