1. Hate Crimes: There were no incidents involving crimes of violence against persons characterized by bias against race, gender, religion, national origin,
disability, and/or gender identity. Pursuant to the 2008 Clery Act Amendments: “Higher Education Opportunity Act” (Public Law 110-315) and VAWA’s
Campus Sexual Violence Act provision for the period of 2017-2019.
