1. Hate Crimes: 2018: One on-campus vandalism characterized by race and ethnicity. There were no incidents involving crimes of violence against
persons characterized by bias against gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, and/or gender identity. Pursuant to the 2008
Clery Act Amendments: “Higher Education Opportunity Act” (Public Law 110-315) and VAWA’s Campus Sexual Violence Act provision for the period
of 2017-2019.
