much pressure.
“I will,” he said, clinging to her a second longer before he let go.
Then Biana helped him with his crutches, thankfully not saying a
word about their lengthy hug as she reached for her brother’s hand and
held her crystal up to create a path.
Fitz’s eyes never left Sophie’s as he let Biana lead them forward,
offering one last smile before he left.
It was only half a smile.
But she knew it was just for her.
And she smiled back as Fitz and Biana stepped into the light and
leaped back to Everglen.
