Therefore, it stands to reason Saul's fingerprints would marry up to his legal identity as its obvious that one person's set of finger prints can not belong or identity two completely different identities. Saul's Discharge Balance Report is also in the name of Turner - Noms number A2425AM - l was told Saul entered High Down Prison with the brown envelope containing his money the Governor at High Down prison thought it best to keep Saul's money safe for him, so, placed the envelope in her desk draw for safe keeping - moving on - Nomis and Nomis Prisoner Numbers. Under Normis anyone who comes into custody of the prisonservice or has dealings with the probation service will be given a NOMIS number,and they will retain that number for the rest of their lives, so, when information is retrieved from NOMIS about a prisoner, it will be possible to retrieve details about them relating to previous offences and sentences. Therefore, given Saul's altered identities have been documented on my legal documents over a period of many years, such as, Court Orders, Arrest Warrents , Prisoner Property Records, Medical Records and as such a serious criminal offence of mass fraud - Making or supplying articles for the use in fraud - Fraud by deception, Prossession of articles for use in fraud, to name but a few criminal offences -There are men and women in prison cells serving sentences for far less reason than apply in this instance.
