GROUP COACHING
Are you looking for group or team coaching
to establish your mission, vision, strategy,
and rules of engagement with one another
and/or increase team performance?
Group coaching allows for all the benefits of
one-on-one coaching but the with the added
bonus of doing it together with your team.
You’ll learn from each other and your group
interactions, as well as be able to implement
new strategies immediately – all under the
watchful eye of a trained coach.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE
We love working with leadership teams and
project teams. The focus can range from
project management implementation to
leadership development, stress management
to navigating change within an organization.
MATURITY ASSESSMENT COACHING
Our team will provide an organizational effectiveness maturity assessment that focuses on
levels of project and change management maturity.
After collecting all the necessary data, we will put
recommendations together for implementation. (For
continued guidance throughout the implementation
process, check out our Group Consulting on page 10.
Note: If you would like to purchase the maturity
assessment without coaching, we also offer a
survey-only option which includes survey link, survey
assessment report and a 90-minute review session.
