Are you looking for targeted one-on-one coaching to develop a skill or devise a plan to meet your
professional goals?
Individual coaching can be as simple as a 30-minute conversation once a week with assignments
to accomplish on your own, or it could be a more detailed, one-time meeting to help you work
through issues you’re facing in a project team.
We provide individual coaching on organizational effectiveness, project and change
management. We help you build and implement behaviors and hone your skills, so you and your
team can execute.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE
We love working with project management and change management doers and leaders as
well as team/department leaders to help them tackle and achieve their goals. Additionally, we
often coach people who have attended one of our courses and now want further guidance to
implement, build behaviors, and hone their skill.
