Provides in-depth knowledge on
a particular subject and includes
lecture and activities to reinforce
the learning.
Topic based and involve consensus
building and group decision

Short (usually between 45-90
minutes) to promote a specific tools
or service. Participant engagement
through polls and Q&A chat panels
