document by examining the how, when, and why of an effective change management

plan. We will look at what makes these plans different from a typical project plan. We will
go over the different parties involved in both the plan creation and execution as well as
what level of communication is needed throughout the process. You will be provided
with a helpful template and walk away with version one of a change management plan.
