for all age groups called "Smiling Mind". In just 10

minutes a day practicing mindfulness has proven to

reduce anxiety and stress, and create a sense of

calm. The app has dozens of exercises tailored for

different age groups and needs, and the not for profit

team's mission is to help every mind "Thrive Inside".
