Concerning our flours, we trust the MOULIN ARTISANAL
GILLES MATIGNON (77).
For oilseeds, we have chosen to offer you only varieties
that can be grown in France, such as hazelnuts or
walnuts, which we obtain from the FERME DE LA GRANDE
VOVE (41).
As far as the fruits are concerned, they are all ultra
fresh because they come from CHATELAIN MARAICHAGE
(95). You will give us news about them!
In the tea department, we ask for Le Labyrinthe
En-Champ-Thé (97) ! Certainly one of our greatest pride,
because Johnny and Emmanuel are the first French tea
producers!
Finally for coffee, we count on DASI FRERES (80), French
quality roasting artisans.
And as we think it’s important to point out... The water
we use is simply that of the tap! Indeed, despite prejudices,
Parisian water is of very good quality!
Pancakes
recipe
Ingredients :
85 grams of coconut flour
(gluten free)
OR 85 grams of oatmeal
(low glycemic index)
OR 35 grams of whey and
50 grams of oatmeal (protein)
200 grams of curd cheese
(animal or vegetable)
50 grams of compote
(your choice)
1 half sachet of baking
powder
2 tablespoons of wholemeal
sugar
Recipe :
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add the compote and fromage blanc and mix together.
Leave to rest in a cool place for 30min
Cook over medium heat in a pre-greased frying pan, about
two minutes per side.
