a These diagrams can only be used when the source is a
4-wire supply.
b The neutral XO should not be used when the source is a
three wire supply.
Note:
•Inputs and Outputs may be reversed; kVA capacity
remains constant. Exception: Cannot use 3-wire input
with 4-wire output to form a neutral and does not
apply to standard step-down applications.
• Refer to NEC 450-4 for overcurrent protection of an
autotransformer.
• All applications are suitable for 60Hz only,
contact factory for 50Hz information.
