WELKOM!

We leven in woelige tijden. En laten we eerlijk

zijn: soms zijn we wel even klaar met de stroom

aan informatie die iedere dag over ons uitgestort

wordt. In een wereld die alsmaar doorraast, heb

je een plek nodig om tot rust te komen.

Om jezelf in een fijne, ontspannen omgeving te

kunnen opladen voor een nieuwe dag. Precies

om die reden hebben we in 2013 Morph Design

opgericht. Ons designteam ontwerpt op basis

van jouw wensen en voorkeuren complete

ruimtes, van slaapkamers en woonkamers

tot complete huizen, appartementen, hotels,

restaurants of kantoren. Elke keer voorzien

van een toonaangevend, eigenzinnig design,

gecombineerd met persoonlijke details waarin je

je thuis voelt. Met gepaste trots presenteren wij

in deze brochure onze Morph Design collectie,

die met veel liefde en zorg is samengesteld

met maar één doel: een heerlijke omgeving te

creëren waarin je graag bent.

Sinds juni 2019 heeft Morph Design een “eigen”

thuis gevonden op de Kerkstraat in Hilversum.

In juli 2020 kwam daar een tweede thuis bij op

het Oudkerkhof in Utrecht. Twee inspirerende

plekken om meubels, accessoires en meer te

shoppen of om een complete metamorphose in

gang te zetten natuurlijk... Kom eens langs:

je bent van harte welkom!

WELCOME!

We live in turbulent times. And let’s be honest:

sometimes we’ve had it with the flood of

information that washes over us every day. In a

world that just keeps going, you need a place

where you can enjoy some peace and quiet.

To recharge in a pleasant, relaxed environment

and get energized for a new day. For exactly

that reason we started Morph Design in 2013.

Based on your wishes and preferences, our

team can design any kind of space, from

bedrooms and living rooms to complete homes,

apartments, hotels, restaurants or offices. Always

using eye-catching designs combined with

personalised details to make you feel at home.

Since June 2019, Morph Design has found its

own ‘home’ in the Kerkstraat in Hilversum. In July

2020, a second home was added in Utrecht. Two

inspiring places to shop for furniture, accessories

and more, or to start a complete metamorphosis

of course... Stop by for a visit some time: you’re

most welcome!

WERKWIJZE

Zodra je een ruimte binnenstapt, merk je het

meteen: het ‘voelt goed’ om er te zijn, of juist

niet. In dat geval klopt de inrichting van die

ruimte vaak niet. Velen vinden het lastig om

precies hun vinger te leggen op wàt er dan niet

klopt. Het Morph Design team kan hierbij helpen.

Op basis van onze ervaring en passie zorgen

we dat een ruimte gaat ‘kloppen’, zodat je je

er prettig voelt. Pas dan is het voor ons ‘mission

accomplished’.

Dat doen we door het gevoel dat in een

ruimte besloten ligt, bloot te leggen. Wat is de

historie van een plek? Wat is het verhaal van

de bewoners? Op basis van die componenten

creëren we een logisch en vooral authentiek

geheel. Want ‘echtheid’ is het uitgangspunt bij

alles wat we doen. In onze concepten gebruiken

we niets omdat het mode is, of omdat duur

design een bepaald statement is. Liever zoeken

we naar een kleur, stof of foto die voor jou de

inleiding is van het grotere verhaal dat verteld

wordt in de ruimte die we gaan vormgeven.

We vinden het heel belangrijk om met de juiste,

positieve energie te werken. Om ons werk goed

te kunnen doen hebben we in beginsel veel

vragen. Jouw wensen zijn het raamwerk voor

alles wat we doen; wij vullen het daarna voor je

in tot een totaalplaatje dat klopt en goed voelt.

Van een kleine verandering tot een complete

metamorphose.

HOW

WE WORK

As soon as you step into a room, you instantly

notice that it ‘feels right’ to be there, or not. In

that case, the lay-out of that room often just isn’t

right. Many have trouble to pinpoint whatever

it is that’s ‘off’. The Morph Design team can

help with this. Based on our experience and

passion we can make any room feel right, so you

feel comfortable in it. Only then is it a ‘mission

accomplished’ for us.

We work by exposing the feeling that’s enclosed

in a room. What’s the history? What’s the story of

its inhabitants? Based on those components, we

create a design that is both logical and ‘real’.

Because authenticity is always the starting point

for everything we do. We don’t incorporate

elements in our designs simply because they’re

fashionable or because expensive design

makes a certain statement. We’d rather find a

colour, fabric or photograph that embodies the

introduction to you of the bigger story you want

the room we’re redesigning to tell.

We greatly value working with the right, positive

energy. To be able to do our job properly, we

therefore start by asking a lot of questions. Your

wishes form the framework for everything we

do; we then fill out the details for you, so we

get to an overall design that both fits and feels

right. Whether it’s a small change or a complete

methamorphose.

Niet iedereen weet precies wat het best bij

hem of haar past of heeft een idee met welke

kleuren, stoffen of accessoires je een bepaald

gevoel creëert in een nieuw in te richten ruimte.

Laat staan om dat ‘gevoel’ aan een ander uit

te leggen! Voor mensen die het lastig vinden om

aan te geven naar welke look & feel ze op zoek

zijn, heeft het Morph Design team een aantal

verschillende styling thema’s samengesteld.

Voor elk van de stijlen hebben we zorgvuldig

een themabord ontwikkeld, wat als een

aanknopingspunt fungeert voor het ontwikkelen

van een persoonlijk designconcept. Welk thema

voelt voor jou het beste? Bij welke beelden en

kleuren voel je je het meeste thuis? We snappen

dat je aangesproken kunt zijn door meer dan

één stijl, maar we begeleiden je graag bij het

proces om je interieur goed in evenwicht te

brengen.

THEMES

Not everyone is able to tell which style is a good

fit for him or her. Or has an idea which colours,

fabrics or accessories to use to create a certain

feeling in a space that needs a new look. Let

alone explain this ‘feeling’ to someone else! For

people who find it difficult to express what look

and feel they’re looking for, the Morph Design

team has put together a number of different

styling themes.

For each of the styles, we thoughtfully

developed a theme board that functions as a

great starting point for developing a personal

design concept for you. To which theme are

you drawn the most? Which colours and images

make you feel at home? We fully understand

that you can feel enthusiastic about more

than one style, but we would gladly guide

you through the process of bringing a proper

balance to your interior.

ROUGH

NORDIC

In tegenstelling tot wat vaak gedacht wordt,

is Nordic niet per se minimalistisch. Nordic is

gezellig, warm en geborgen. Hoogwaardige,

afgewerkte materialen die gecombineerd

worden binnen strakke, vloeiende lijnen.

Nordic is zowel stoer als lief. Net als een

winddichte, wollen trui.

Contrary to popular belief, Nordic is not

necessarily minimalistic. Nordic is cozy, warm

and salvaged. High-quality, finished materials

that are combined within sleek, flowing lines.

Nordic is both cool and sweet. Just like a

windproof, wool sweater.

LODGE

Lodge is rustieke luxe. De weldoordachtheid van

de samenstelling wordt nonchalant geëtaleerd.

Alles lijkt toevallig bijeengezet alsof het nog over

was uit lang vervlogen, maar duidelijk goede

oude tijden. Zeer goede kwaliteit, maar zonder

poeha van ‘kijk mij eens…’

Lodge is rustic luxury. The thoughtfulness of the

composition is casually displayed. Everything just

happens to be put together as if it were left over

from bygone, but clearly good old days. Great

quality, but without the “look at me ...” fuss.

BOUTIQUE

De Boutique-stijl is ontstaan als tegenhanger

van de strakke, zakelijke stijl. Luxe materialen

met bijzondere texturen en dessins die tezamen

een weelderig decor creëren. Boutique

is persoonlijk, spannend, zelfs intiem. De

fantasie wordt geprikkeld met beelden die

nimmer daadwerkelijk worden getoond. Die

ogenschijnlijke tegenstelling maakt de Boutiquestijl

zo aantrekkelijk.

The Boutique style originated as a counterpart to

the sleek, business style. Luxurious materials with

special textures and designs that collectively

create a sumptuous decor. Boutique is personal,

exciting, even intimate. The fantasy is stimulated

with images that are never actually shown.

This apparent contradiction is what makes the

Boutique style so attractive.

MINIMALISTIC

Mensen hebben een karakter en geven het

leven kleur. Om dat optimaal waar te nemen

moet de omgeving de aandacht niet op

willen eisen. Kleur- en materiaalkeuze is primair

functioneel en stralen op een ingetogen manier

de klasse uit die de kunst van het weglaten

kenmerkt. ‘Less is more’, zei Ludwig Mies von

der Rohe al. Niets mag de focus verstoren en

daarom is alles zo perfect in vormgeving en

afwerking.

People’s characters color life. In order to

perceive this optimally, the environment should

not demand attention. The choice of colors and

materials is primarily functional and in a subdued

way radiate the class that characterizes the

art of omission. “Less is more,” said Ludwig Mies

von der Rohe. Nothing should disturb the focus,

which is why everything is so perfect in design

and finish.

ECLECTIC

Eclectic is een viering van alle prachtige culturen

die allemaal hun eigen stijlelementen de wereld

in hebben gebracht. Een zorgvuldig gekozen

verzameling prints, kleuren en materialen met

een eigen verhaal, een eigen legacy.

Eclectic is a celebration of all the beautiful

cultures that have brought their own style

elements into the world. A carefully chosen

collection of prints, colors and materials with

their own story, their own legacy.

SLAPEN | SLEEPING

MORPH ONE

Ons eerste bed ontwerp moest staan als een

huis. Een bed dat vanaf dag één zijn plek kon

opeisen op de winkelvloer én in de slaapkamer.

Een statement, vol zelfvertrouwen. Echte, stoere

materialen, verbonden met grove stiksels. Alles

behalve lauw. Een bed dat er eigenlijk altijd

al had moeten zijn. Een klassieker vanaf de

geboorte: Morph One.

Voor Morph One selecteerden we verschillende

materialen en garens om een ruime keuze te

creëren. Eerlijk, ruig, sterk. In combinatie met

onze collectie dekbedovertrekken en plaids

wordt de Morph One persoonlijk en uniek.

Nederlands fabrikaat en vakmanschap op z’n

mooist.

Our first bed design had to be rock-solid. A bed

that could claim its place on the shop floor and

in the bedroom from day one. A bold statement,

beaming with confidence. Real, tough materials

held together with coarse stitching. Anything

but bland! A bed that always should have been

around. A classic from birth: Morph One.

We selected different materials and yarns for

Morph One in order to create ample choice;

honest, rough, strong. Combined with duvet

covers and blankets from our collection, Morph

One becomes personal and unique. Dutch

creation and craftsmanship at its finest!

De Morph One is gestoffeerd met

een stonewashed canvas, die samen

met het grove contrasterende stiksel

en de opgestikte naden het bed zijn

karakteristieke, stoere en vintage

uitstraling geven. De canvas stof is

leverbaar in verschillende kleuren.

FABRICS

Morph One is upholstered with stonewashed

canvas. Combined with

the contrasting coarse stitching and

double seam, they give the bed its

characteristic, tough and vintage

appearance. The canvas fabric is

available in various colours.

MORPH BRÛT

Ruig vintage leer was het uitgangspunt voor

het ontwerp van de Morph Brût. De doorleefde

huiden vertellen hun eigen verhaal en dat

maakt ieder bed een uniek stuk. Daar houden

we van: eigenheid, ontworpen en gecreëerd

met passie. In het hoofdbord hebben we een

zachte vulling toegepast; lekker om tegenaan te

hangen! Onafgewerkte randen en grove stiksels

maken dit een ruwe bolster met een blanke pit.

Vervaardigd door Nederlandse vakmensen.

Tough vintage leather was our starting point

for designing the Morph Brût. The aged leather

hides each tell their own story, and make each

bed a unique piece. We love it: individuality,

designed and created with passion. We used

soft padding for the headboard; lovely to lean

back against! Unfinished edges and coarse

stitching make this a diamond in the rough.

en kleurnuances in de huiden, geeft

The unfinished edges and coarse

stitching provide individuality and

nonchalance. Because of the scars

and colour nuances in the hides, the

MORPH BRASS

De Morph Brass is een bed dat je omarmt.

Een bed dat niet alleen lekker ligt, maar ook

alle steun biedt om lekker te zitten. Het bed

heeft een hoog hoofdbord, waar je een keur

aan kussens tegen kwijt kunt. Om je in terug

te trekken met een goed boek of gewoon

wat te luieren. De Morph Brass is perfect voor

een slaapkamer in het Rough designthema,

maar laat zich ook prima combineren met

andere stijlen. Ook de Morph Brass is een mooi

Nederlands product.

The Morph Brass is a bed that embraces you. A

bed that is not only comfortable to lie in, but also

offers all the necessary support to comfortably sit

on. The bed has a high headboard that provides

room for a whole pile of cushions. The perfect

spot for you to hide with a good book or just

relax. The Morph Brass is perfect for a bedroom in

the Rough design theme, but can be combined

perfectly with other styles. The Morph Brass is also

a great Dutch product.

MORPH YOUNG

De Morph Young is een eigentijds bed met

een jonge uitstraling. Onweerstaanbaar voor

een moderne slaapkamer, hoewel de Morph

Young ook zeker te combineren is met een

Nordic of meer minimalistische stijl. Door de

hogere, schuin geplaatste pootjes kun je dit bed

comfortabel in- en uitstappen. De Morph Young

is leverbaar in vele stoffen en kleuren.

The Morph Young is a contemporary bed with

a young appearance. Irresistible for a modern

bedroom, although the Morph Young can

most certainly be combined with a Nordic or

minimalistic style. Because of the higher, tapered

legs, you can get in and out of this bed most

comfortably. The Morph Young can be created

using many different fabrics and colours.

MORPH SØM

Minimalistisch met een twist, dat is de Morph

Søm. Perfect uitgebalanceerd tussen strak en

zacht, verfijnd en stoer. Verzonken, strakke poten

dragen bij aan het minimalistische karakter van

het bed. Festonstiksels benadrukken de zachte,

vloeiende lijnen. Niet voor niets betekent ‘søm’

in het Noors ‘stiksel’. De Søm is bekleed met een

micro suède: een sterk, zacht en gemakkelijk

schoon te houden materiaal.

Perfectly balanced between sleek and soft,

refined and tough. Countersunk sleek legs

contribute to the minimalistic character of

the bed. Festoon stitchings emphasize the soft

flowing lines. ‘Søm’ doesn’t mean ‘stitching’ in

Norwegian for nothing. The Søm is upholstered

with micro suede: a strong, soft and easy-toclean

fabric.

karakteristieke stiksel geeft warmte

aan het ontwerp en is verkrijgbaar in

FABRICS

The Morph Søm is upholstered in a dirtand

waterresistant micro suede made

of 60% leather fibres and 40% polyester

and is available in the colours olive,

blue, pink, pearl, cognac, grey, beige,

red, light brown, saddle brown, yellow

and ice blue. The characteristic

stitching lends warmth to the design

and is available in four colours: black,

brown, grey and ecru. There’s also a

wide range of other fabrics available

to furnish the bed.

MORPH

PIGALLE

De Morph Pigalle is vernoemd naar de

voormalige ruige buurt van Parijs, die zijn

hoogtijdagen kende tijdens de Belle Epoque

rond 1900. Menig kunstenaar, schelm of vrije

geest liet zich daar onderdompelen in de wereld

van cancan, fluweel, kant, absint en tabak. Een

vrije, creatieve wereld met een rauw randje!

Deze vervlogen tijd wordt prachtig weerspiegeld

in de vintage kleuren van de stof Adore: een

gebreide fluwelen stof met een matte zijdeglans

en gewolkte finish. De stof is heerlijk zacht, maar

toch slijtvast en vlekwerend. Verkrijgbaar in 20

prachtige kleuren. Uiteraard kan de Pigalle ook

worden uitgevoerd in andere stofsoorten.

The Morph Pigalle was named after the former

rough Parisian neighbourhood, that had it’s

hay day during the Belle Epoque around 1900.

Many an artist, bad boy or free spirit submerged

themselves in the world of the Cancan, velvet,

lace, absinth and tobacco. A free and creative

world with an edge! These ‘days gone by’ are

beautifully reflected in the vintage colour of

the Adore fabric: a velvety fabric with a matte

sheen and crinkled finish. The fabric is super

soft, but sturdy and stain resistant. Available in

20 gorgeous colours. The Pigalle can also be

created using other fabric types.

SEVENTY

De Morph Seventy is een elegante

boxspringcombinatie met een slanke uitstraling.

Het bed is uitgevoerd in een prachtige velours

waarmee uw slaapkamer een luxe, maar zeker

ook warme uitstraling krijgt. Dit bed leent zich

goed voor een slaapkamer in het Boutique

thema, maar is ook prima te combineren met

een meer Minimalistic of Nordic thema.

The Morph Seventy is an elegant box spring

combination with a slender look. The bed can

be offered in a gorgeous velour that will give

your bedroom both a luxurious and a warm

feel. This bed goes perfectly in a bedroom in the

Boutique theme but can be combined perfectly

well with a more Minimalistic or Nordic theme.

Een bed met de kwaliteit en schoonheid om

een potentieel erfstuk te worden. De uitstraling

van doorleefde charme, maar met het comfort

van nu. De Morph Bouton is uitnodigend en

roept direct een gevoel van geborgenheid op.

De vintage knopen, een subtiele knipoog naar

oude gecapitonneerde Franse bedden, geven

het hoofdeinde een zekere gelaagdheid. Meer

franje heeft dit bed met karakter niet nodig!

Uitgevoerd in een stof met een mooie grove

weving.

a beautiful large weave that goes

Want ook kleine veranderingen kunnen immers een

groots effect hebben.

De Edge is opgebouwd uit vier verschillende ziten

ligelementen, maar kan eventueel helemaal

op maat worden gemaakt. Wil je een afwijkende

zitdiepte? Of zoek je een specifieke breedte?

Allemaal geen probleem bij de Edge. De losse,

grote poef is ons inziens fantastisch om een

dubbel ligbed van te maken, voor het kijken

van je favoriete serie! Met zijn volle armen

rugkussens ziet hij er comfortabel uit, terwijl de

naar buiten gestikte naden het stoere karakter

behouden.

The Edge is made up of four different seating

and lying elements, but can be completely

customized if necessary. Do you want a different

seat depth? Or are you looking for a specific

width? No problem at all with the Edge. In our

opinion, the loose, large pouf is fantastic for

making a double lounger for watching your

PROJECTEN

We werken graag met particulieren, maar zijn

ook bedreven in conceptontwikkeling voor o.a.

kantoren, restaurants en hotels. Eén van de

bijzondere projecten die we hebben gedaan,

is de inrichting van het Mother Goose Hotel aan

de Ganzenmarkt in Utrecht. Voor dit design werd

de historie van de eeuwenoude panden waarin

het hotel is gevestigd, verweven in het interieur.

Dit project had trouwens een bijzonder lijntje met

ons eigen verleden: in een deel van het hotel

was vroeger de matrassenfabriek gevestigd

waar Victor Minco in 1964 als 17-jarige zijn carrière

in de beddenbranche begon.

Een ander voorbeeld is het Eye Hotel aan de

Wijde Begijnestraat in Utrecht. Van circa 1850 tot

1899 huisde er het Ooglijdersgasthuis. De schakel

tussen de historische bestemming van het pand

naar ‘het oog voor detail’ Eye Hotel was snel

gelegd. Op deze historische plek hebben we

met veel plezier een prachtig hotel gerealiseerd.

Volgens velen zó prachtig dat we zelfs een nominatie

voor Best Hotel Design 2015 ontvingen.

Andere bijzondere locaties waar we de (her)

inrichting van mochten doen, zijn Japans restaurant

Tokyo in Hilversum, Bed & Breakfast Le Biciclette

in Palermo (Italië), meerdere appartementen

in Utrecht en Amsterdam en de kantoren

van Capitalmind in Den Bosch. Ook deden we

de herinrichting van het Court Hotel in Utrecht.

Last but not least heeft Morph Design de Stella

Suites, samen met eigenaresse Marleen Sala,

volledig ingericht en kleur gegeven. We zijn er

trots op dat we er bij elk project in zijn geslaagd

om de ruimte te transformeren naar een harmonieuze

plek met respect voor het karakter van

zowel de locatie als degene die erin verblijven.

PROJECTS

We love working with individuals but are also

versed in concept development for offices,

restaurants and hotels hotels, for example.

One of the special projects we’ve carried out

is the design of the Mother Goose Hotel on

the Ganzenmarkt in Utrecht. For this design we

interwove the history of the age-old buildings in

which the hotel is located into the new interior.

This project had a special link to our own past

by the way, as one of the hotel buildings once

housed the, mattress factory where 17-year-old

Victor Minco began his career in the bedding

industry in 1964.

Another example is the Eye Hotel in the Wijde

Begijnestraat in Utrecht. Between circa 1850 and

1899 the building functioned as an ophthalmic

(eye) hospital. The link between the building’s

historical designation and the ‘eye for detail’

Eye Hotel was instantly made. It was with great

pleasure that we realized a beautiful hotel at this

historic location. According to many it was so

special that we were nominated for Best Hotel

Design 2015.

Other special locations where we were allowed

to do the (re)design include the Japanese

restaurant ‘Tokyo’ in Hilversum, Bed & Breakfast

‘Le Biciclette’ in Palermo (Italy) several stunning

apartments in Utrecht and Amsterdam and the

offices of Capitalmind in Den Bosch. We also

redesigned the Court Hotel in Utrecht. Last but

not least, Morph Design has fully furnished and

colored the Stella Suites, together with owner

Marleen Sala. We are proud that in every project

we have succeeded in transforming the space

into a harmonious place while respecting the

character of both the location and those who

reside in it.

EYE HOTEL

UTRECHT

In het monumentale pand van het voormalige

Ooglijdersgasthuis aan de Wijde Begijnestraat in

het centrum van Utrecht, hebben we een bijzonder

interieurconcept gecreëerd voor het EYE Hotel. In het

17e-eeuwse herenhuis leidde de beroemde Utrechter

F.C. Donders ooit een oogheelkundige kliniek.

Met de bijzondere historie van het pand als

uitgangspunt, werkten we met hart en ziel aan het

interieur van elke kamer. Door ook in de details van

het interieur volop knipogen te verwerken naar

het verleden, gaat de link met de historie van het

gebouw veel verder dan alleen de naam van het

hotel. De 36 bijzondere hotelkamers – variërend van

family room tot suite –zijn uitgevoerd in een moderne

sfeer met een warm Scandinavisch tintje.

In the monumental building of the former

Ooglijdersgasthuis on the Wijde Begijnestraat in

Utrecht’s city centre, we created a remarkable interior

design concept for the EYE Hotel. In the 17th century

mansion the ophthalmic (eye) hospital was once run

by famous Utrechter F.C. Donders.

Using the rich history of the building as a starting point

for the interior design, we worked with heart and soul

on implementing the concept in every room of the

building. By adding a plethora of nods to the past in

the details of the interior, the link with the building’s

former history goes well beyond just the name of the

hotel. The 36 remarkable hotel rooms -from family

room to suite- were given a modern feel with a warm,

Scandinavian twist.

MOTHER GOOSE HOTEL

UTRECHT

In juni 2014 mochten we het Mother Goose hotel aan de Ganzenmarkt in Utrecht compleet

nieuw inrichten. Het hotel bestaat uit 2 prachtige, met elkaar verbonden historische panden

op een fantastische plek in het centrum. Het interieurconcept dat we hebben ontwikkeld is hier

tot in de kleinste details doorgevoerd. Elk van de 4 verdiepingen heeft zijn eigen kleurthema

gekregen. Het hotel is o.a. ingericht met meubels uit onze eigen collectie, die geweldig tot hun

recht komen in deze bijzondere omgeving met oude ruige muren en vele historische details.

Daarnaast zijn veel stukken op maat vermaakt of qua kleur aangepast en zijn oude materialen

hergebruikt en hebben zo een tweede leven gekregen.

In June 2014 we were given the opportunity to fully redesign the interior of the Mother Goose

hotel on the Ganzenmarkt in Utrecht. The hotel consists of two beautiful interconnected

historical buildings at a fantastic location in the city centre. The interior concept we came

up with has been implemented down to the smallest detail. Each of the four floors got its

own colour theme. The hotel has been furnished with pieces from our own collection. The

remarkable environment with its rough walls and several historic details really show them to

good advantage. Also, we adjusted many furniture pieces in size or colour, sometimes using old

materials from the building to give them a new function.

STELLA SUITES, GOIRLE

In 2019 heeft Morph Design, samen met eigenaresse Marleen Sala, de Stella Suites volledig

ingericht en kleur gegeven. Het resultaat? Een prachtig boutique hotel vol kleur en karakter.

De velours boxsprings van Morpheus, de gouden accenten en de donkere vloer geven de

suites een elegante uitstraling. De mengelmoes van schilderkunst en foto’s boven elk bed, de

bloemrijke sierkussens en gekleurde wanden vormen een funky tegenhanger van de statige

luxe. Een plek om te onthaasten, heerlijk te slapen en bovenal een plek om inspiratie op te

doen.

In 2019, Morph Design fully furnished and colored the Stella Suites, in collaboration with owner

Marleen Sala. The result? A beautiful boutique hotel full of color and character. The velvet box

springs from Morpheus, the golden accents and the dark floor give the suites an elegant look.

The mishmash of paintings and photos above each bed, the flowery decorative cushions and

colored walls form a funky counterpart to the stately luxury. A place to relax, to sleep well and

above all a place to find inspiration.

B&B LE BICICLETTE,

PALERMO, SICILIË, ITALIË

Voor deze prachtige Bed & Breakfast in Sicilië, Italië, hebben we een lekker ruig en eigenzinnig

concept ontwikkeld. Op basis van de mooie verhalen van Giovanni en Camilla, de trotse

eigenaren die er deeltijds wonen, plus de historie en eigenheid van Sicilië ontwierpen we

een bijzonder verblijf waar iedereen zich thuis voelt. Een mix van stoere producten en fijne

materialen maken het geheel ‘af’, waaronder de uitnodigende en luxe Morph Design bedden.

For this beautiful Bed & Breakfast in Sicily, Italy, we developed a distinctly cool and quirky

concept. Based on the great stories of Giovanni and Camilla, the proud owners and part-time

inhabitants, and the Sicilian history and characteristics, we designed a remarkable residence

where everybody feels at home. A mix of rough, sturdy products and fine materials complete

the look, including the inviting and luxurious Morph Design beds.

VINKENBURG,

UTRECHT

Aan de Neude, een van Utrechts meest

bruisende pleinen, hebben we drie

appartementen van een net zo’n bruisend

interieur voorzien. Kleurrijk en speels,

maar toch ook heel sfeervol. Naast het

afwisselende kleurgebruik zijn er ook veel

verschillende texturen toegepast zodat het

geheel een rijke uitstraling behield.

En natuurlijk met ook hier en daar een

Utrechts accent!

On the Neude, one of Utrecht’s most

vibrant squares, we gave three apartments

a similarly vibrant interior. Colourful and

playful, while at the same time very

tasteful and cosy. In addition to varied

colours, we also used plenty of different

textures keeping the overall appearance

wonderfully luxurious, and of course

highlighting some typical ‘Utrecht’

characteristics here and there!

OUDEGRACHT, UTRECHT

Voor een zevental luxe short stay

appartementen aan de Oudegracht in

Utrecht, ontwierpen we een bijzonder verfijnde

inrichting. De appartementen zijn gevestigd in

het oude pand van de Wolff Camera bioscoop

en hebben een uitzicht op de Domtoren. Het

stijlvolle interieur komt goed tot zijn recht in dit

historische pand met zijn oude, ruige muren en

details. Uiteraard zijn alle slaapkamers voorzien

van comfortabele Morpheus bedden.

For seven luxurious short-stay rental apartments

on the Oudegracht in Utrecht, we designed an

especially refined interior. The apartments are

located in the former Wolff Camera cinema

building, enjoying a view of the Dom tower.

The stylish interior creates a perfect match with

the historic building with its old, rugged walls

and details. Naturally, the bedrooms all boast

wonderfully comfortable Morpheus beds.
