in conjunction with

carry out for its own

behalf of another
person, work
connected with marine
and offshore
manufacturing.
A site where the
renovation works are or
are to be performed.
The premises where
process construction work
or process maintenance
work is or is to be
performed on or in relation
to the plant equipment in
the petroleum,
petrochemicals or
specialty chemicals sector.
A shipyard.
(2) In this regulation and the Second Schedule —
“building sector worker” means —
(a) a building elements supply worker;
