condition<br />
3. Whether he or she is subject to<br />
any movement control<br />
measure<br />
(a) is diagnosed with any specified<br />
symptom; or<br />
(b) is tested for <strong>COVID</strong>-<strong>19</strong>.<br />
without delay, after —<br />
(a) the permitted enterprise worker<br />
becomes subject to any movement<br />
control measure; or<br />
(b) the permitted enterprise worker is<br />
requested (whenever) by the<br />
permitted enterprise.<br />
(2) A permitted enterprise worker who is a renovation worker<br />
holding a work pass or a related worker (as defined in<br />
regulation 13(3)) must not live in a place of residence that is not a<br />
specified dormitory if living at that same place is any other individual<br />
who —<br />
(a) is a construction worker or building elements supply<br />
worker (as defined in that regulation); and<br />
(b) is not a spouse, parent, child or sibling of that permitted<br />
enterprise worker.<br />

Transport of permitted enterprise workers<br />
13I.—(1) The following persons:<br />
(a) a permitted enterprise who provides or arranges to be<br />
provided private transport by any motor vehicle for<br />
permitted enterprise workers of the permitted enterprise;<br />
(b) a person who provides private transport by motor vehicle<br />
for permitted enterprise workers pursuant to an<br />
arrangement mentioned in sub-paragraph (a);<br />
(c) a driver of that motor vehicle used to transport permitted<br />
enterprise workers pursuant to an arrangement mentioned<br />
in sub-paragraph (a),<br />
